In the long running (I believe we are nearly 28+ months in) regarding the ever widening investigation vis-a-vis the New York Attorney General’s office. I am not going to get into the super echo chambers of Twitter, beyond stating the despair deza is clearly in overdrive.

For the record Twitter isn’t where facts can be found. The fact is Twitter isn’t “real life” — that cesspool of a platform is rife with charlatans, pretenders and egoistical megalomaniacs. It’s like extreme echo chambers within echo chambers. And frankly now that it’s been over a year and half since I was unceremoniously exiled (okay suspended for the umpteenth time) —I have to say that my professional and personal life is much better now that I’m no longer on that platform. Twitter is exceedingly toxic and it was impacting my life in really negative ways. Largely because Twitter is saturated with both disinformation and misinformation and countless chaos agents.

However I genuinely value the Substack platform. In retrospect it’s more conducive to my research and writing style. Which tend to include typos, but seriously if you only criticism is my proclivity of spelling errors -then I kind of feel bad for you that you’re too intellectually stunted to read what I write. I mean on a consistent basis I give my readers access to original documents and of course I highlight and red line the shit out of those documents. It’s the spicy in me that can not be contained. However something pretty important happened yesterday… but first let’s address this…👇🏻

…but I would encourage you to read it, in its entirety because there are a lot of facts disclosed, many of which have not been previously disclosed. In the past I’ve attempted to explain to my readers why it won’t be “Trump’s mob ties that take him down” ←you do understand that you’ve been (unwittingly) feed a whole boat load of misinformation and disinformation by various accounts who rarely if ever provide you with original documents or any finding of facts to support their Blue Qanon-sense, right?

Irrespective of the blistering resignation letter (see March 23, 2022 Mark Pomerantz’s Resignation Letter) which was published by the New York Times, late last week. Pomerantz’s letter speaks for itself and I don’t want to sully what he wrote by my spicy commentary. Because in my industry respect is something that is a foundational tenant and I have the utmost respect for Mark Pomerantz.

…you will need to cross reference the stipulation orders with the March 28, 2022 Order via Scribd and unlike some I have never withheld public court filings from my readers. Because I firmly believe my readers are smart and they can make their own deductions upon reading the various court filings.

I’ve never been a documentation-hoarder. Anyone who intentionally withholds documents is a person that you should not trust. You do understand that they are withholding those documents in an attempt to manipulate you that “only they have access to the public court filings” — I can’t stand selfish individuals or those who consistently have horrid legal hot-takes because undoubtedly they beclown themselves with their hilariously awful “I know legal stuff” —trust me they do not and I have pages of receipts showing just how many hours I spent on the phone helping them navigate the ECF. Nor have I ever asked my readers to pay for my PACER expenses —but I suppose grifters gotta grift.

March 28, 2022 -Supreme Court of New York Judge Arthur Engoron ORDER…

As you’ll note the Court has now directed Trump and the Trump Org to comply with the NYS-OAG’s (lawfully and fully adjudicated) subpoenas. Moreover Supreme Court of New York Judge Arthur Engoron Order is very detailed and there’s literally zero ambiguity… also note the footnote on page 1 —that’s why I reached back into the case’s docket and uploaded the various previous stipulation orders and embedded those documents above.

As you’ll note in the 3 page order it gets very granular but allow me to explain the subtext — actually it’s best if you read this because I think I did a decent job explaining what was important and how cataclysmic Mazars separation from the Trump Org. In short it will come down to Trump’s proclivity of over and under inflating the value of his real estate holdings -cough conservation easements—something -something

February 14, 2022 - BREAKING -MAZARS USA officially dumps Donald Trump and Trump Org. There’s a buried lede.. 3 IMPORTANT FILINGS -updated- with Trump’s Jan 2021 OGE filings.

As noted on page 3 of the March 28, 2022 Order -note the hard stop deadlines and the one word that should send shivers up Trump’s spine “shall” ←that word does not afford Trump the opportunity to (re) litigated his preposterous arguments. As previously noted the NY-OAG initiated this investigation in 2019 and at every possible turn Ttump et al sought to not only obstruct but to delay production of these documents and depositions. At the end of the day Trump can’t play “hide the sausage” anymore -both the Court and NY-OAG have had enough of Trump’s Triple D strategy.

In short I believe you are now fully caught up and have access to a cache of documents —as noted in the 3 page order -there are deadlines —irrespective of Trump and Ivanka’s (as accurately predicted by Moi in February 2022) Appeal that is only for the oral deposition— it has nothing to do with the documents that the Trump Org have intentionally withheld.

Again I get that there’s a lot of Twitter despair deza but you are failing to understand that the NY-OAG has two attorneys embedded with the Manhattan DA’s office and as I’ve previously noted the NY-OAG has not been sent a criminal referral from the (new) Manhattan DA —until there’s a formal referral the NY-OGA does not have jurisdiction —hence why I embedded most of my previous reporting because that little fact is often overlooked but I tend to gravitate towards tiny details…
