"as I’ve previously noted the NY-OAG has not been sent a criminal referral from the (new) Manhattan DA"

D'you expect that referral to occur, Mic?

In a word YES - which is why in February I specifically highlighted the NY OAG’s letters and response where she disclosed two of her attorneys have been embedded with the Manhattan DA’s unit and that absent an actual referral (in accordance with current NY Law) her office does NOT have jurisdiction

So... me thinks the Haystack might be helping to hide the needle??? At least until the judge's order hits home.

Indeed —I’m familiar with Haystack and it’s a pretty accurate eDiscovery system that allows for advanced searches and then you can create a data flow system. Which provides a detailed history of (almost) any document uploaded - but cloud nine and especially logikcull (created & partners w the ABA) is still the best eDiscovery tool

hey wonder woman, I wonder how this woman does all this in a 24 hour window...

So, bragg "can't" pursue at this time? Is that what I'm reading?

So many people are speculating on why he changed course. more to come?

This is pure speculation on my end (so please be skeptical) I don’t think Bragg has the balls to indict Trump. He’s not a very good prosecutor and he’s easily swayed by undue political influence. The reason for my assertion is Pomerantz’s resignation letter. It was brutal but I also know that Mark wouldn’t leave it all on the field if he thought Bragg would indict. Meaning that’s why I didn’t go into Pomerantz’s resignation letter beyond providing a link —because that’s the subtext that most won’t realize —however by the end of paragraph #1 I knew that Pomerantz’s made a calculation and not an arbitrary or capricious calculation. I hope that makes sense

Is "shall" more severe than "must," I wonder? Anybody notice the "September 2, 2022" date on top of page 2? Can't wait for next week when Haystack does their own triple-D.

It’s 100% a typo -which is why I sort of laugh at my main detractors use my typos as a line of attack —you dumb nuts even our Country’s founding papers contain numerous typos and spelling errors. Intellectual midgets <—😂🤣😂

In my church's constitution (it's a real thing), the word "shall" indicates there are no other options - you do it, decently and in order.

Assuming those people actually have jobs when the only job I can see is tweeting and grifting for money. But I digress
