Brilliant breakdown for your readers. I really appreciate the way you parse each indictment and lay out the importance/significance of each charge. Happy Memorial Day, Filey 🇺🇸

Always happy to help - I just updated with the May 27th continuance and the confirmation that in early April I did in fact hear the Defense Counsel Correctly and my observation of the Government’s response (April 6th) was in fact correct

"I wondered when we'd be seeing you Mr. Potter . . . " Mr. Ollivander-Harry Potter & the Sorcerer's Stone. 😂

As soon as I saw that four more names had been added, I was on the lookout for something from you Filey, even though it is a holiday. Excellent article as usual. Thank you for that. Now take yourself back to the Weber & enjoy your time with the family. 😉

Hiya - hope you’re feeling better - summertime congestion is the worst and it seems like this year the pollen is awful.

To be fair he made a pretty shitty comment when I tweeted something like “to the chill counterintelligence got this - is bullshit so stop believing these people” he responded with some insane missive that he’s in the IC and I should shut it. My response wasn’t entirely helpful but it was born from years of watching him tweet disinformation and misinformation— I’m not down with people “pretending they are in our Intelligence Community” at which point he had two of his surrogates spend days trolling me. Eventually I apologized to Hunter because I was pretty mean and he’s a good guy. But Badd decided to fix on me as “a bad actor” so I tweeted these archives at him: http://archive.is/gIh5M http://archive.is/uY3H2 and simply asked him to explain his unusual hostility. I believe it centered around his bs that Trump would be replaced on the RNC ticket, the Volume V of the Senate Intel and NATO. Beyond that I pretty much disengaged because Badd has a tendency of tweeting death threats and I have reason to believe (past court records) that he liked to threaten violence... I think that’s a fair and accurate tick tock of what went down

Oh lord. Understandable. I have that account muted so it only shows up on my timeline when someone else I follow interacts with it. I opened Twitter this morning, saw the usual round of fighting had started (multiple accounts) and decided to minimize my time on it. Instead I spent today visiting my dad at Miramar National followed by a lot of food prep.

He does not have any IC experience whatsoever and he does not have any IC contacts. He’s a 64+ retired firefighter who’s been LARPing on Twitter for years. Also sounds like time well spent. I miss mine but his memories sustain me. Hey did you see this article? I wish Substack had a way to tag readers/followers but this article I went deep like 2015 FIFA deep —I seem to recall our kindred AML/BSA regs...fondness

Yes I can believe that for sure, it's exhausting. And yes, I saw the article on BJB and Co. You and ninaandtito posted around the same time. It is refreshing to see a bank called out and punished for lack of AML controls.

wow! you are simply one amazing human. I love that you visit your gpa's grave every Memorial Day, and especially read to him. That teared me up a bit.

He was a good man and taught me a lot before he passed away - one gift he gave me was the love of reading - especially literary classics.
