I'm fully convinced the DOJ is assembling a RICO case against the Oath Keepers. At a minimum these dickwads are an association-in-fact enterprise under 18 U.S.C. § 1961(4), just like the mob, as you are well aware. It's also possible, and the more I think about probable, there will be a much broader RICO case. These guys just being one of the enterprises. RICO is really an excellent tool for this whole situation, highly likely there is civil RICO cases to throw at them too. Obviously there will be other separate charges depending on individual involvement. Anyways, finally had a little free time and throwing in my rambling 2-cents.
