Oh Dear Henry -I heard about the USAO-DC July 2021 Plea Deal. Interesting carve out in paragraph 7
Question is did you snitch on the other Proud Boys because your history with the DOJ actually proves you’ve been a valuable informant. On August 23 sentenced to 155 days with 25 suspended
February 2021 - Background
I had rather causally mentioned Henry “Enrique” Tarrio’s history of being a Federal Informant. And for the record I sourced a really long and detailed thread on January 4, 2021 with actual court documents, deposition transcripts and DOJ letters. Because I genuinely believe in showing your “homework” and yet sadly we all know where that research went. It was unceremoniously flushed down the Twitter toilet. Clearly facts actually matter very little on the disinformation and misinformation cesspool that is colloquially known as Twitter.
However I have previously, albeit in an uncharacteristic manner, casually dropped a few receipts. Which concerned Henry “Enrique” Tarrio’s colorful history and the value he garnered as a cooperator. Also it’s kind of weird that I’m actually quoting myself. But I figured it would be easier than to force you to read a February 2021 article.
Sidebar - Enrique “Henry” Tarrio does have a history of working with and for the FBI, this recent Reuters article, states Tarrio was a “prolific” informer. It should be noted the case in question commenced in 2012. In 2013 Tarrio entered into a plea agreement and he received a substantial downward spiral of his sentence. If you read page 3, paragraph 8 the Government stated: the defendant has assisted authorities in the investigation or prosecution of his own misconduct by timely notifying authorities of his intention to enter a plea of guilty
DC Superior Court Cases No 2021-CF2-000105 & 106
United States Vs. TARRIO, HENRY HC
I should say that it drives me somewhat batty when I see/read various MSM news outlets actually misreporting information. Conversely have there been occasions where I misreported something, absolutely. However once I realize I was wrong my longstanding SOP has been; immediately set the record straight, apologize and vow to not repeat said mistake.
Also as many of you may already know, the USAO-DC also prosecutes criminal cases within the District of Columbia (DC) in the Superior Court of Washington DC . And mercifully the DC judicial system is pretty easy to navigate and you can’t beat the price. But occasionally you might encounter various PDF filings to default to “document no longer found”— As you’ll note - in the ,. The destruction of property & attempted possession of a large ammunition feeding device are Case No: 2021 CMD 000106 and 2021 CF2 000105 respectively. However this is why it’s important to read as many of the pubic court filings as possible
Case No: 2021 CMD 000106 Dec 2020 Proud Boys
In December of 2020 the Proud Boys came to DC looking for a fight. If you’ve followed the Proud Boys then it’s understood that this group of “boys” is always itching for a fight. Notwithstanding on December 13/14 the Proud Boys stole a banner off of a church and decided to burn the banner in the middle of the street which chanting their newest rally call: F__k Antifa
Because any good story/narrative has a prerequisite a protagonists and antagonist. Otherwise the ecosystem becomes rather boring as in milquetoast-boring. For the purpose of this discussion, which is also dependent upon one’s position of the Proud Boys —you’ll cast the Proud Boys as the antagonists or protagonist. Either way both feed off each other and oddly creates a synergistic ecosystem of civil unrest. The video embedded below will help you to remember the December 2020 “banner burning” crime aka DC Superior Court Case No: 2021 CMD 000106
I’d also recommend that you watch this much longer clip —start at the 5:19 minute marker thru 7:44 —this photojournalist has done an exemplary job capturing events and protest. He does so in an agnostic manner and very rarely, if ever injects his own opinions. That’s something I genuinely respect. After all facts can stand on their own. Well at least they should…
Towards the latter part of July 2021, the USAO-DC and Defendant Tarrio, especially after he lost his appeals —negotiated a plea agreement 1Which Tarrio pleaded guilty to:
Also it should be noted —I nor anyone else for that matter have absolutely zero control about how documents. If they are scanned in crooked welp that’s not something I can control.
I now draw your attention to page 2, paragraph 7…the disinformation and misinformation that today’s sentencing was/is directly related to the January 6, 2021 Domestic Terror attack isn’t at all accurate. The speed in which demonstrably provable disinformation and misinformation seem to proliferate on social media is absolutely bonkers. https://tinyurl.com/Tarrio-Plea-Agreement
Paragraph 7 is abundantly clear, today’s sentencing had absolutely nothing related to Jam6th —hence why I stated the carve-out in paragraph 7 is, interesting—because well yes it is interesting…
Sentencing -for both DC criminal cases:
2021 CMD 000106 United States Vs. TARRIO, HENRY HC -Destruction of Property — Docket Report - Defendant Tarrio was sentenced to:
sentenced to 90 days of jail on the destruction of property charge
order to pay $347 in restitution to the church
Case No: 2021 CMD 000105 United States Vs. TARRIO, HENRY HC -attempted possession of a large-capacity ammunition feeding device- docket report
150 days in jail on the ammunition offense;
the Court suspended all but 155 days of that time on the conditional upon Tarrio successfully complete three years of probation.
the Court also ordered Defendant Tarrio to pay $1,000 in fines
Tarrio is to begin serving his sentence in two weeks.
I still think asking the questions like;
who tipped off law enforcement? -conversely it’s possible LEO monitored FAA flight manifest and saw Tarrio was flying into DC by way of Miami.
what did Tarrio tell law enforcement about Jan 6th?
is Tarrio still a confidential informant specifically concerning Proud Boys?
why are the Statement of Offense(s) still sealed in the DC Superior Court system?
Those are the primary questions I would ask and I think these are actually pretty reasonable questions. Given the various court filings that the couple of dozen Proud Boys’ criminal cases At this point I think you now have a much relevant and factual filings (that are public given some of the documents have yet to be publicly released but when they are, I’ll update accordingly.
I genuinely wish the MSM would do a better job reporting the facts because yesterday there was one major news network (and it’s not Fox News) that completely misreported Tarrio’s sentencing. In which they reported he was only sentenced for the banner burning. That’s not factually correct, yesterday Tarrio was sentenced for the 2 DC Superior Court cases, one of which is a felony. But I’d really like to know what the USAO-DC rationale was for offering a plea agreement…
and lastly about a week ago —did some of you wonder why I created this video?
There were several objectives -to give you a visual comparison of the Summer 2020 arrest versus Jan6th but also to show you what the Proud Boys previously did in DC…as further enumerated in this article

If I did this correctly this article will publish while I’m otherwise preoccupied by my actual J-O-B… whispers go reread paragraph 7 of Tarrio’s Plea Agreement because that will surely brighten your day…late last night I actually squealed with joy and woke up my sleeping spouse -so I read paragraph 7 to them and this morning he was like “was I dreaming or were you working on an article at 1AM”—I declined to answer because I like to let “things” linger <snort>

Para 7 pretty intriguing!
Thanks for shining light on it, 🎤
All signs point to this guy being an informant. Perhaps a huge stretch, but it would be really cool if this guy and the phone records beings sought by the House Committee coincided somehow.
