Ah. Patience rewarded. And, may I say… WOOOOOOOTTTT!

What a delightful read, Mic!

Pages 19 thru 23 contain a lot of previously undisclosed facts, apologies for such a short article but I’m doing my best to multitask—unfortunately my MO of throughly explaining the indictment was superseded (LLOLS see what I did there) by my bonbons

These guys will be included in dark chapter of American history. I say throw the book at every last soulless thug.

Motion Seconded with an amendment:

throw the entire law library of Congress at these defendants because that’s what they deserve. It’s nice to know that me saying for months —be patient —it will happen has in fact materialized. I don’t get why so many (mainly on Twitter) some how thought castigating the DOJ & more broadly our Attorney General was smart. It wasn’t but those of us in the legal community knew eventually the seditious conspiracy would be added. And here we are🤓 exactly where some of us predicted

I'm no lawyer but I understand that to be successful with a case there should be few to no loose ends. The "we want it now" crowd will continue to whine about the pace. Thanks for all the documents Filey.

I’m no lawyer either —I’m just the dodo that they turn to for research, counter arguments, litigation strategy, occasionally tongue lashing of inept 1st years and poking holes (sometimes plugging those holes)in arguments —I wash down my bonbons with tears of my enemies and 1st years <snort>

The week of June 5th is teeing up to be one of my favorites! Superseding Monday, Superseding Hearing on Thursday, and the Primetime Jan 6th Committee Hearings broadcast on Thursday night! Popcorn and Whiskey at my house.

Thursday's gonna be LIT!! 🔥🔥🔥 I just read that the GOP are losing their collective minds over televised hearings on every major network (except probably Fox) in PRIMETIME no less! I sincerely hope anybody not connected with the hearings ie: Elise Stefanik, Jim Jordan, Kevin McCarthy, etc., will be BARRED from the committee room. They had their chance to participate in the committee & they decided to boycott instead of taking Nancy Pelosi's invitation. So now they can all just sweat it out in front of their TVs like the rest of the country & take their lumps while speed dialing their lawyers about how much trouble they are each in personally.

Pelosi out maneuvered Kevin QANON McCarthy because the June 8th hearing will be an entirely one sided presentation of facts. Meaning the Congressional Republicans can not and I mean can NOT defend the actions of the Orange Lawless swamp donkey and if they do —then they should be eviscerated in the Court of public opinion. I mean seriously the fact Kevin-QANON didn’t think out his pernicious strategy to account for the inevitable public hearings <—that shit makes me laugh like a scary maniacal cackle laugh. Aww Kevin your Thursday is going to suck and I suggest you embrace the suck

I also read somewhere (Jeez Louise! I guess I'm going to have to start taking notes so I can cite my sources!) that aforementioned Orange Lawless Swamp Donkey has been pressuring those still stupid enough to listening to his braying to defend him. I think come Thursday those folks are gonna be too busy worrying about their OWN asses to worry about his! Legal question for you Filey. What effect, if any, do you expect televised hearings to have on civil/criminal cases currently in progress for #TraitorTrump, Proud Boys, Stuart Rhodes & his Oath Keepers, etc,? And before you say it, yes I remember they're going to get #TraitorTrump on conservation easements!

Oh & if anybody's interested, I think Brookings just published a program to help better understand the hearings. https://t.co/lawfhxJRO6
