Full disclosure I intensely dislike Ken Vogel. What he and Maggie did to Ms Winston-Wolkoff —assuming that it was at the behest of Trump or his wife Melanie or Melania. These two reporters also spent years force-feeding the obsequious “normalization” of Trump. At times their articles were rife with the heavy handed “Trump” slant. And at times some of their articles flirted with quasi-fictionalization, particularly about Hunter Biden…
Notwithstanding on August 2, 2021 the New York Times published -this insane puff piece. Enough I’m tired of Ken Vogel’s reporting…so I’m going to show him how obsequious his “article” was and with any hope show my readers how he consistently fails at his one job..

Now some of you might (correctly) think I’m just picking on Ken. I can assure you that I’m not. These are the words Vogel wrote:

This is one of the many reasons I rarely if ever read an entire article written by Ken Vogel —he has a reporting style that boggles the mind and leaves entirely too many actual facts out of his articles- for the record Ian Prior isn’t just a “regular suburban dad” NOPE -he is a Republican Operative who’s made a career out of outraging voters, weaponizing numerous low-key racist narratives and runs several groups. The Virginians for Safer Communities, targeting these three “liberal” prosecutors;

Not at all unexpected but his full body provocative tactics are what he is really known for. I genuinely wish that the NYTs, Wash Post and other MSM outlets would have done just a tiny bit of research —because I’m going to explain and teach you how easy this research was. The PAC isn’t registered with the VA-SBE at the time of publication. The PAC doesn’t have the prerequisite IRS Tax Exempt letter…and now I’m going to prove it…

For the record both Sean and Ian know they are specifically trafficking in actual misinformation. Their their newest grift of solicitation of donors (with the help of Ken Vogel’s puff piece). For now put a pin in their PAC. I promise you I will drop a ton of files because I can so I will. Furthermore Sean and Ian know exactly what they are doing is akin to Emotional Terrorism. They’ve spent s years trafficking in the “it’s super dangerous to be white in Northern Virginia” … and imma gonna drag your dirty laundry out into the Sunlight because you are both being intellectually dishonest and you need to be dragged. Do you really want me to pull out the filth that was Jim Plowman? Like his abuse of the asset forfeiture program? Doing favors for his political buddies?
Now back to the MWCG topic, as previously noted is a strategic alliance between local governments around the beltway. Every year they release a crime report, this report is typically published in August.

Again the August 2020 report shows a decline in crime —that’s not an opinion those are the statistic and data.
If Sean and Ian really “cared” about the Violence (whispers they don’t they are trying to remain relevant and hoping to secure some political capital at the peril of facts)—instead they pull the same partisan one-trick -swamp-donkey move: scream Soros, add another Soros funding and then cherry pick cases to support their factually flawed narrative. They then reply upon the Alt-Right media machine like the Federalists and Fox News -don’t even get me started about PJ media. Because both Ian and Sean are mini-Trump acolytes and define the “white man rage” and how dare the Northern Virginia Voters elect non-white men as prosecutors. At some point you do understand that “white man rage” is steeped in misogynistic douche canoe tea, right?
The narrative being saturated by Ian Prior and Sean Kennedy that some how these three “liberal” prosecutors are “making communities less safe” —they are intentionally leaning into the cancerous FUD and according to recent data compiled by WorldInfo:

Florida -As the third-most dangerous state, Florida ranks 47th for Road Safety and 44th for Financial Safety and Workplace Safety. Florida has one of the highest shares of uninsured people at 13.2% of its population. Florida's unemployment is around 6.4% as of November 2020
Arkansas —has a total score of 36.14, making it the fourth-least safe state in the country. Arkansas ranks 49th for Personal & Residential Safety and 48th for Emergency Preparedness but performs slightly better in the other categories. Arkansas has the third-highest number of assaults per capita and the fifth-highest bullying incidence rate. Arkansas has the fifth-highest murder rate in the U.S. of 8.6 murders per 100,000 people.
Texas is the fifth-most dangerous state in the country. With a total score of 26.61, Texas ranked 48th for Emergency Preparedness and 40th for Personal & Residential Safety. Texas has the highest share of uninsured people, with 18.4% of the population going without health insurance.
Virginia ranks 22nd out of 50 states -but no Ian & Sean have a narrative to sell -facts and data be damned…

Ian Prior, as Media Matters does an excellent job of harvesting his copious media appearances, as it relates to the “new” Trump-Republican culture war - C-R-T… their research highlights the cadre of “newly” woke’d parents in Loudoun County VA. Furthermore Media Matters explains in brutal detail how chief propagandist are amplified on Fox News. Where that “news” organization has broadcast some 1,300+ four to eight minute segments in the recent months. This is important because this is how you saturate the airwaves and largely indoctrinate parents to “join your cause” —but I genuinely think Media Matters missed his “you’re unsafe in your own community” narrative. Prior and Kennedy have decided to weaponize actual misinformation. Not years but for decades, C-R-T has been part of the training for public school educators.
If you go to Ian Prior’s Fight for School’s YouTube Channel - you’ll note it uploaded dozens of videos but it’s this one in particular that is most troubling because he constantly uses threatening and menacing language. There’s another video where he is screaming at the top of his lungs making numerous threats to School Board members sitting on the dias. This Google link will take you to his hundreds of videos -hence my “message saturation” comment.
Also to be absolutely transparent I am and likely never will be a fan of Jason Leopold but even I can be intellectually honest enough to admit when it comes to FOIA related materials —he is one of the most dogged reporters. For example a few days ago Jason Leopold tweeted this thread and it shows just how “tight” Ian Prior used his DOJ post to help push Tucker Carlson’s narratives…
I can only make an educated guess that last week’s LCSO Twitter thread is likely linked to Ian Prior and his Group’s aggressive online and in real life threats and harassment. But to be clear I’m not 100% certain.
If you blink twice you might not see the “tie that bonds” these two incredibly dangerous narratives. I know that some of you might recall my thoughts on what Donald J Trump dared to tap into. Keep in mind that the Tea Party lightly flirted with it but only Trump dared to tap into the “forbidden fruit” -which was a marriage of micro-racism and rage. These two elements alone are highly combustible but Trump managed to combine the “fear” of older white men and women who fear they are no longer the majority and rage. Trump weaponized both fear and rage —resulting in political napalm.
“Virginian for safe communities” is a grift and a partisan one at that.
Their newly created Facebook page (also archived) should be smacked with a disinformation or misinformation label. But if this is the best they can do -then their PR actually is in need of a dire intervention.

Virginians for Safe Communities (VrSC) continues to refuse disclosing the donors who have given them just over $250,000 —the question is why? Because if VfSC was actually a 501 (c)(4) they have a statutory obligation to disclose who or what groups donated neatly a quarter of a million dollars. Furthermore when you search VPAP -there’s no such entity registered with either the Virginia State Board of Elections (VA-SBE) or with VPAP (which largely derives its data from the VA-SBE;

Let me prove my point with the actual August 7, 2021 VA-SBE data
See the yellow highlighted data/files? Well if you take the time to unzip the files you have (relatively speaking), “very fresh data” and no Virginians for Safer Communities is not listed as registered as a PAC in Virginia. And because I understand the responsibility that comes with “reporting” this morning I personally contacted the VA-SBE and asked them if they had any registration for Virginians for Safer Communities, they answered that no there is no registration on file. Check my research - via VA -SBE -the “new” PAC is not registered as required by law…so go ahead and double check my research — I’ll wait because you’ll find that no such Virginians for Safer Communities has filed —that’s not an opinion —those are the current facts at the time of this publication…and I don’t understand how other MSM news organizations just run an article “a new pac” and yet they fail to confirm that the “new pac” is in statutory compliance… note my intense sarcasm and frustration
And that the information I accessed through their portal is as accurate as possible. Meaning they don’t wait to uploaded batch files, as soon as an entity files they make the registration available for the public to review.

All I know is Ian Prior has a known reputation of trafficking in unfounded conspiracy theories, weaponizing misinformation and making numerous threats towards duly elected politicians. He uses menacing tactics that are intended to silence actual honest debates and he has a long history of being a drama llama. He’s not a “fire brand” -Ian Prior is a loud mouth bully that runs numerous “civil groups” and doesn’t seem to either respect or know the actual Virginia campaign finance laws. Which is both ironic and sardonic, because he’s purportedly an attorney.
Also to be fair it is possible that Virginians For Safer Communities did file for a Tax Exempt Status with the IRS but here’s some actual verifiable information for you - by way of the Virginia State Corporation Commission, Virginians For Safer Communities filed as a “non-stock corporation” -which does include tax-exempt Organization - BUT —Per the VA-SCC:
“Tax-exempt" status is granted by the Internal Revenue Service. In order to be recognized as a tax-exempt organization, the articles of incorporation of a nonstock corporation must include various provisions that are identified in IRS Publication 557, Tax-Exempt Status for Your Organization.
When you prepare the articles of incorporation for submission to the Clerk’s Office, you will need to include the requisite I.R.S. provisions within the document if the corporation intends to apply for tax-exempt status. The provisions may not be included as an attachment, nor may they be set forth after the signature of the incorporator(s)
so the question remains:
Who or what Org donated $250,000 to Virginians for Safer Communities
