I'm still awake too. While this entire argument is the WEAKEST of sauce, I can only seeing this continuing to PISS OFF what appears to be an ALJ who is quickly losing patience with Durham, and not even covertly implying he is acting in bad faith at these late dates. This may very well be a bridge too far, and they have had SO MANY hearings, from initial indictments, the many, many, many motions and discovery leading up to this point, all of the attempts to change dates, and have a speedy trial, etc. The opportunity and requirement to have brought this concern to the courts attention at those dates and hearings, which again, have been plentiful, is going to be seen for the shell game this is. This is not an unqualified ALJ, who is going to be fooled by non-existent cell phone data, "I can't recall" and "Now I am confused" 12th hour filings where the entire premise of the case is blown to smithereens in January, this is just putting the last quiver in the argument to dismiss the case. Clear misconduct, obfuscation, and delay tactics.

I mean if you take a step back -I suppose Sussman could argue “joint Defense Agreement” but that’s pure speculation on my end - so naturally I encourage others to be skeptical of my assertion. But we are almost out of the preliminaries hearing portion so it seems rather untimely for Durham to bring this up now. Given discovery started on a rolling basis in late Q4 of 2021 -so why now? Especially with <84 days unto his trial.

His entire investigation feels like it's ultimately a nothing burger as he brings forth the weakest of findings. What a waste of time and resources.

I hope you take a nice long nap today.

Clearly you need to cut yourself off at 2 1/2 cups. I still remember how great coffee tasted the first time I tried it. It was before my third birthday and my grandma have me a spoonful :)

Filey… I didn’t read your whole article, while I was skimming it I searched Sussman’s name and found this in the Daily Mail rag.

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10506599/Hillary-Clintons-campaign-paid-tech-firm-infiltrate-Trump-Tower-White-House-servers.html

It looks like the Durham insinuations and alleged ties are being used by Trump to allege Treason of all things.

Ugg me no likely the dailymail. I agree Durham’s Investigation has yet to produce any serious indictments. IMO the (3) indictments appear to be an amalgamation of pro Trump witnesses and a contortion of what was and what was not said in interviews/

The first thing that came to mind with this parlor trick, was when hack defense attorney's are asked at the very start of swearing in of a hearing to "Stipulate to my qualifications," and they 'attempt' to play games and see how much the ALJ is paying attention and say something along the lines of, "For now," instead of a firm, "Yes or No" as required," knowing they would need to affirm or make their objection clear NOW, vs playing games and see if my testimony goes their way or not, and 'if' the ALJ didn't catch it, they can NOW attempt to say, "I want to strike her entire testimony, I don't affirm." Everything he is doing is hackish. Looking for loopholes, and IF the ALJ is on top of things, as it 'seems' they are from what I have gathered so far from prelims, I don't think they are going to put up with this nonsense very long, and are going to see right through it. I think if Durham and his team keeps pushing it, they might find themselves 'on the spot,' being demanded clear and specific answers, or being called in immediately without delay to answer them, and Sussman and his team SHOULD push on these weaknesses immediately.

That's because Mazar's just dumped Trump. Bet none of the evening anchors will be covering that.

You seem nervous. Allow me to say this: Sussman’s response was released late yesterday. I love a defendant who accuses the accuser of perpetrating the accusations made against him. It’s a lovely defense. He’s accusing Durham of playing politics and teaming up with Fox News. Classic. Can’t make it up! That’s exactly what he did. Sound like a guilty conscious to me.

Sounds like somebody downed a steaming bowl of Kash Patel soup. Durham did no investigations.
