The Court said -not so fast …to prepare the case against Michael Sussman. It should be noted the December 8, 2021 filing it was a RESPONSE to the Defendant’s recent motion.
Ok, admittedly I have been taken what I would consider a msm 'blackout' the last few months until 2022, just a bit of a sabbotical by choice, but who besides FOX or OANN would be thinking there is a 'strong case' against Sussman....and when do we get to have out bon bon call? xoxoxo
IMO contemporaneous notes often hold far more weight than a material witness’ years old recollection -in Durham’s filing he sought to “reframe” what Baker stated in his various interviews with not only the DOJ-OIG but also with both special counsels, Mueller and Durham, respectively. While it’s largely SOP for witnesses memories “to be refreshed” there’s a very tight needle Durham threaded and I’m not entirely sure he was successful. Given the Court largely adopted Defendant Sussman’s proposed trial scheduled —although the Court appears to have given the prosecution some deference but ultimately Defendant Sussman proffered a better argument.
I guess I just wanted my readers to actually connect the dots of these two cases.
