When I saw there had been a superseder, I knew you'd be all over it! Thank you for all you do!

My pleasure- you know I called this in 2017 and when I saw the Manafort trial - I think I tweeted out Calk is forked - but in mid-2020 I explicitly stated take a plea or expect a SR1 because the 2 witnesses in Manafort’s trial are part of Calk’s new count conspiracy to commit bank financial institution bribery - but apparently according to some I don’t know what I’m talking about —meh I’ve been accused of a lot worse by far greater people <snort>

Lordy! I love reading your stuff Filey. Even if I don't understand a lot of it, I understand enough to know when somebody is . . . "forked," as our dear friend Mr. Calk evidently is. Also, I do learn stuff the more I read. I sincerely hope you're an organ donor & when your time comes, some worthy institution gets that incredible brain of yours for further study. You really are truly incredible when it comes to sorting this stuff out. It's fascinating to watch you work! The sun is shining brightly here. I hope it's sunny where you are too. Have a drink, a nice meal & some time with the family . . . and REST!! You've more than earned it & we don't want you to get burnt out or sick. Happy Sunday & THANKS!

Glad you found it informative- I’ve tried to mix some multimedia in with my articles because I know how reading court filings can be kind of boring

Smiling broadly after reading your explainer post about the Manafort pardon and Calk non-pardon

Also really enjoying what appears to have been a beautiful tactical win for Biden’s AG Garland by Schumer in the dead of night

Indeed and I think it is beautiful symmetry that Merrick Garland is going back to the DOJ it is like the universe is re-balancing itself and it’s awesome

What took so long? Maybe had to wait until Orange out of office so everyone would forget about the loan for administration job, or of course Orange would have pardoned C as well. I remember your deep dive into Manafort's finances/ property loans etc. This was part of it.

I note that this bank is Illinois based. I feel like Orange had a loan also from an Illinois bank and then did some shenanigans where the loan was forgiven but payable to himself. I honestly don't recall but I do recall some confusion about following his finances.. might have had something to do with the NYT writeup regarding his finances. So much crap it is hard to recall it all.

Great questions- my murder board had Calk being indicted in late 2018 - it took until mid 2019 - I think in the early Spring of 2020 I literally tweeted “take a plea or expect a superseder” with today’s article I tried to give my reader a quick run down of how Rep Cummings (I miss him so much) was the lion that roared and yet it took a while. Also I heard Bannon is having issues with the pardon- weird because I also remember saying in Dec/Jan to watch that space. As the the “orange’ his Wabash property was underwritten by DB of America but FSB-selling their bad debt and Calk’s brother is the signatory of the $30M weird how no one caught that

Bannon’s pardon, you say?

I remember this, and at the time I new it would take a few years, if at all, for something to happen. I remember the loan. Wow, you're so kool files.. I was upset when Twitter suspended your accounts. They took my main account for 5 months then gave it back, I was shocked they gave it back, lol.. Anyway you are missed on Twitter. Louise directed me as to where you were. Thank you for sharing. I'm going to post this in a tweet.. 😊
