To be fair in the past we’ve disagreed but I’ve always respected her analysis and POV -even the ones I don’t completely agree with. -initially Danchenko trial was set to go before Sussman’s (I noted the serious flaw with that)
-in Jan 2022 the Judge in EDVA moved the trial to months after Sussman’s
(I opined that Durham actually needs Sussman’s guilty verdict in order for him to secure a guilty verdict in Danchenko’s case)
-he missed so many facts; like Durham mislead the Court & tried to discredit the DOJ-OIG report & investigation.
-Sussman actually provided the name of the Tech Exec…and it turns out that Tech Exec has extensive communications w/ the FBI
-it’s like Durham made an entire case over one written note
In short Durham fired first and then investigated —certainly not a position of strength and Durham continues to (potentially) violate numerous Constitutional rights afforded to defendants like Sussman

I saw E Wheel tweet telling readers EG thread was misinformed & deranged. Mueller She Wrote retweeted E Wheel. I was noticing that a few other accounts have pointed out his disinformation game. One was Mike Rothschild & the other was a high profile attorney. EG does significant damage to the public. He amassed a following that buys into his garbage. As we call right wing MAGA nuts out for unwittingly believing in nonsense, EG courts the same from his followers who also fail to look up or seek out truth. He talks about Pacer yet has never once produced a coherent thread that backs up his nonsense. Right wing outlets ran w/Durham story completely mischaracterizing & fueling paranoia. Thanks again Filey! So appreciated!
IMO -yes and that’s why I tracked down my previous Kash Patel research because it is absolutely clear that Durham used info gathered by Kash and it’s also clear that Patel likely back channeled to Durham.
Here’s the simple take away: the FBI GC that Sussman spoke with didn’t have a clear recollection and Durham had to provide his contemporaneous notes to refresh his memory. The infirmaries in the Sussman 1 count Indictment yet provocative and “hyper charged” language - absolutely Sussman’s response is on solid footing
