#TermLimits all around for politically held seats, whether they're voted in by "The People" or by Congress. No one should have a "lifetime" position in a political arena. That includes SCOTUS because, let's face it, it is a political process that secured their seat...

Hi Spicy, I hope you're doing well today. I keep seeing your car in my thoughts and I think you are all very lucky not to be seriously injured.😳💗

I was happy to see your article on the possible expansion of the courts. I've watched Senator Whitehouse on a couple of YouTube videos where he laid out several facts pointing to DarkMoney (federalist society Leonard Leo and conservative groups) donors financing the take over of the courts. I am very worried about the behavior of a few judges. Roberts, Barrett, Thomas, and Alito. Then of course there is kavanaugh & Gorsuch. The first four I mentioned seem to feel it necessary to reiterate that the supreme court & it's judges are independent from any outside influences. 🙄 Kavanaugh is a questionable justice and Amy has never tried a case. What's up with that?🤷

Anyway, I truly don't trust the current make-up of the SCOTUS. I don't trust Roberts, Ginni Thomas is all up in the federalist society/Justice Thomas has history of misconduct with women, kavanaugh was never truly investigated because of Chris Wray (BTW he should be fired), Amy was being paraded, by mcconnell, infront of conservatives like she's some kind of trophy, and now justice Alito is barking at journalists and I find it odd. BTW, I Do think the current make-up of the SCOTUS is a "dangerous cabal." I can't trust they aren't influenced by outside entities.😏

I felt your article was very good I'm going to post it on Twitter.👏😉 I have a question, you mentioned that Congress has the ability to change the SCOTUS. I was confused because I thought any changes, within our government, needed to be voted on in the House and then they go through the Senate, like the process of any legislation. While reading your article it seemed you were saying Congress has the sole power to change the SCOTUS. Did I misunderstand?😳

If Congress decides on this I assume it's a simple majority? Then assuming YES, doesn't that mean it gets House approval and then requires the dreaded Sinema Senate vote as she ramps up for her post-congressional lobbying career - working for those "we need a Conservative court system" interests she is meeting with constantly these days? (Manchin would cave on this I think - but Sinema has been lured in by the dark side based on my observations of her behaviors.)

It's perfect timing that I had not read this until today after getting pissed off about SCOTUS looking into curbing the power of the EPA. Expanding the courts will certainly stop this evil majority from doing more damage to our healing systems.

I have also always thought that term limits should be imposed for Congress and all parts of government. If our Constitution is meant to be a living document, then it's time to breathe some fresh life into this aspect. Unfortunately, too many in charge thrive on power, so it's unlikely they would pass such legislation.
