This is just heartbreaking…and saying that doesn’t quantify how deeply disturbing this is. It’s so toxic. I have a daughter a few months out of the teens & her generation has had to endure these impossible standards. Beauty, physical appearance & so many things. Young girls feeling depressed or left out or that everyone has a better life or is more attractive…because the platform is deliberately designed to do so. I once noted her friend refreshing the feed worrying about how many “likes” she was getting. That feature alone is designed to harm someone’s self esteem. This whistleblower is so brave to say what so many know & have not said. Sucker berg has never been held accountable for harm inflicted on young women & harm inflicted on the country. He gave a safe haven for racists & insurrectionists. He is a scourge on the country.
I know, I know, I sound like a broken record but... PACs and lobbying should be illegal! Our representatives are elected to "represent" the constituent base, not corporations that have or do business in their district/state.
