There is none better than you, Filey, when it comes to breaking stuff down so I can understand things a bit better. I am rolling with you re AG Garland because I sincerely trust what you say. My hope is that Trump and many (if not most) who made the J6 nightmare happen get what's coming to them in terms of justice. I hope TPTB realize they can't avert their eyes to sedition and expect for us to stay standing as a country. Everyone I know, even Trump followers that have awakened, are demanding that justice be done. Either we are a Nation of Laws or we are not. There's no in between.

I freaking love you, Filey! Love the sense of humor, your ability to break down facts, your ocean clips! The list goes on ♥️ But I’m losing hope, girl! If we don’t prosecute, it will happen again! It’s downright treason if you ask me! RU collusion coupled with 1/6 attempted coupe! WTF? So frustrated and I apologize for regurgitating all over you and your readers

I genuinely believe that the DOJ (USAO-DC, NDGA, EDVA) has been investigating Trump and specifically Giuliani, Meadows and Eastman. I’ve given the benefit of the doubt to the DOJ. And I’m willing to let the HSCJ6 public hearings run it’s course but this is why I say “I rue the day Ford pardoned Nixon” because that fateful decision is likely acting as a gantry for the various US Attorneys office.

I do think the USAO-DC’s June 16th filing was absolutely bonkers —because at no time has the HSCJ6 outright refused the DOJ’s request. The committee has specifically stated “when the time is right” and frankly it’s amazing to me that some forget that the DOJ actually has the investigatory power to investigate criminal acts. Whereas the HSCJ6 only has the powers to investigate a matter and then provide a legislative remedy.

I know I keep saying this, but I really do trust AG Garland and as a whole the DOJ & FBI. I hope that adequately addresses your concerns because they are valid and at times I find myself thinking the same thing

Greetings to the best sleuth since Nancy Drew. A high compliment indeed, coupled with your mighty legal intellect. Thank you is inadequate but please accept.

Yep, you told us so. I also remember Michael Cohan saying, in some hearing before Congress, that if Trump lost he would not go (transfer power) quietly.

I read that AG Garland was visiting Ukraine which I found curious. Trump was impeached for his Ukraine extortion so…….

I see that the US is involved in a war crimes commission so strike the Trump angle.

Thank you for your time and effort!!!! I can’t tell you how incredibly helpful your analysis along with all the links is to those of us just trying to keep up!!! I know I have no right to hope, at this incredible time in history, that one day you might do the same for the trump admin response to the Covid pandemic. The consequences of the corruption of the US GOV response lead to so many deaths of fellow Americans!!!! Please be well and have a peaceful summer by the sea!
