Defendants Allegedly Acted and Conspired to Act at the Direction of Senior United Arab Emirates Officials to Influence a Presidential Campaign, Public Opinion and the U.S. Government. HELL YES
A lot to take in..but again we see an American who had close proximity to president & took direction from UAE to advance the interests of the UAE. That’s pretty much describing all the ilk from Trump & it’s daunting. We are seeing this again and again.
Interesting thought I had was people obsessed w/Weisselberg flipping (he won’t) but imagine the fear of Barrak flipping? He’s facing 7 federal charges and no matter what, the case they must have is solid. No amount of high priced lawyers will get him off of 7 federal charges. Even one federal charge could send him to prison for a long time. Wondering if this is how Kushner faces legal jeopardy. Wondering too about Jamal Khashoggi and whether his death will be avenged in our justice system.
I have some thoughts on the Khashoghi murder but I’m reserving them because I need to see more facts before I spout off my hypothesis (it’s not pretty and implicates Jared Kushner - remember he took a commercial flight to the Kingdom & that’s the 1st County Trump visited) if my hunch is correct (I do NOT want it to be —then Jared should fly somewhere that doesn’t have a MLAT with us)
As for Barrack I’m reading the Government’s Motion for Detention and will update the article shortly but I have to get dinner on the table because my little savages are acting like they haven’t eaten in a week.

Every time my email inbox gets a invite I tend to pound my fist on my desk but the fact that “proof of vaccination” required before the 1K employees can return I acted like “ermmm civil liberties something something” to wit my immediate boss was like [redacted] we know you got the vaccine 7 weeks ago” damnit I shouldn’t have disclosed that to HR

So, with possible "pocket pardons", if the entire orange family is prosecuted and guilt is determined in a court of law, could the 45th presidency be declared invalid? And if so, what about all those pardons he granted? Is there any possibility that any of them could be reversed?

Doesn't that comment about providing non-public reactions and comments after meeting with UAE officials cross a line more serious that just acting to benefit a foreign government and not being registered?
