Thank you Filey. I like the term vexatious litigant. I’ve always thought this was going to be a very long drawn out story that could go on for years. It is innately part of our romantic notion of justice that it is assumed this will be some movie where the bad guy gets rounded up and thrown in the hoosegow. Trump will continue to file suits and try to drag this out or use litigation to promote a false narrative. This has been is modus operandi for years. It is understandable to want justice. It’s also a unique and revered look into our justice system in that every individual, regardless of right or wrong, has the ability to be represented in court. I believe that justice will prevail and I believe somehow, we will get through this...ay be not as quickly or as gracefully as we’d hope. Moreso, I am continually awed but our justice system that is unyieldingly fair to even those who we deem unworthy of fairness. It is quite remarkable and your grasp of the language and laws is awe inspiring. I would love nothing more than to see the bad guys rounded up and locked away but isn’t it amazing that even these bottom feeders have the right to their day in court? Our system is fair, frustratingly slow but truly is remarkable. 1/6 was so dark and so alarming....let’s hope justice is timely. Feel better. Much love and best wishes on your recovery. T

As I was reading, I remembered the whistleblower stuff around the Ukraine call. (From Vox) “…the allegation that White House officials moved what the whistleblower describes as the “official word-for-word transcript” of Trump and the Ukrainian president’s call to a “separate electronic system that is otherwise used to store and handle classified information of an especially sensitive nature” — even though a White House official said the call contained no sensitive national security information.”
I remember thinking this a-hole would be putting all transcripts/video/documentary material into secret places outside of the National Archive. Could there be any regard to this? I have this mental image of some flunky going through and maniacally putting everything into a Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious Vault on January 20+. :/

I watched Adam Schiff on Colbert last night. He said they are definitely going after Bannon. Also said he doesn't think thg's lawsuit will go anywhere. They hope to have completion next year... I hope it's before the election. I truly hope all those bastards that had took action from the inside are all held accountable...
