I noticed a barrage of despair over Bragg in NY & social media has taken to the mantra he will never be held accountable and that everything is hopeless and Garland is moving too slow or is too scared to indict. I don’t believe any of this. I’m not certain about Bragg and have read so many conflicting reports about why he will not indict based on his former prosecutor’s assertions of provable crimes. I always defer to you because you read through hundreds of documents to highlight & point out the logistics. I believe in our legal system and I believe in Merrick Garland. Thank you Filey!❤️

For most of my adult life I’ve typically been ahead of my counterparts— but that’s why I’m compensated pretty well -because my bosses trust my short & long term “assessments” —the key in my industry is to think like your opponent and then legally out maneuver them. Which is a skill that is typically rewarded. To say this ruling is profound is likely an understatement but I wanted my readers to have unfettered and near immediate access

That’s been my historical pattern —although at the time I took a lot of shit for sounding the alarm in Nov 2020 because no matter how I played out the murder board it always landed me back to “Trump will resort to violence” again I genuinely did not want to be right but Jan6th— like you I stood in my office cantina and watched in abject horror

Even in the rare instance where I got something wrong, it’d best just to own it, apologize and then never repeat the same mistake again. I don’t know if it’s the Catholic upbringing but I’ve always felt if you apologize and then repeat the same mistake then your apology wasn’t true. Hope that makes sense
