I hope that Frank Scavino’s plea agreement also includes a detailed cooperation component because you rented the busses… one could argue you’re 1 step away from the Nexus.

It’s almost like six months ago someone dared to say - Frank call the USAO-DC and just hammer out a plea agreement because the FBI has you by the…and this will end badly for you. Just do it. Contact the USAO-DC and get on your knees and beg for a plea agreement because you sir rented at least two busses that I was able to identify. Which mean you have data the FBI wants. That being the names of the passengers, their contact information, their banking information…

kind of exactly what was said back in March 2021 because it doesn’t take a genius to read the docket correctly, noting the numerous continuances, change in counsel, and most importantly understanding the difference between an indictment versus information… since March 2021 everything on this case docket screamed “plea agreement” and the Defendant was/is cooperating with the Government. Specifically concerning the busses he rented…

Summary -

If you read the MDPA MJCase docket closely there’s enough information that strongly suggest that SCAVO might be cooperating with the Government. For Example on March 25, 2021 the Court granted the Government’s request to “toll the clock”…

… further when you read the recently filed Criminal Information in conjunction with today’s MOTION to Cancel Preliminary Hearing by USA as to Frank J. Scavo (via ECF or via my public drive) a logical guess is SCAVO might (operative word) cooperating with the Government. 

One could extrapolate that SCAVO has information the Government needs for part of their ongoing investigation. For Example, the names, addresses and other personal identifiable information of the more than two hundred “Trump supporters” that paid to ride in the busses that SCAVO secured. But again that’s an educated guess on my part, so it is reasonable to be skeptical

My work day was rather all consuming. Apologies that I didn’t update around lunchtime today. Notwithstanding and as promised Defendant SCAVO’s plea agreement. What ever he gave up —better be good because it’s plausible he won’t serve any time in prison…

Your client agrees to plead guilty to Count Four of the Information, charging your client with Parading, Demonstrating, or Picketing in a Capitol Building, in violation of Title 40, United States Code, Section 5104(e)(2)(G).

Your client understands that a violation of Title 40, United States Code, Section 5104(e)(2)(G) carries a maximum sentence of six (6) months of imprisonment, pursuant to 40 U.S.C. § 5109(b); a fine of not more than $5,000, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 357l(b)(6); and an obligation to pay any applicable interest or penalties on fines and restitution not timely made.

Cooperation of Defendant SCAVO

I’m not even going to quantify how underwhelming the cooperation component of his plea agreement is - because literally that’s it:

….agrees to allow law enforcement agents to review any social media accounts operated by your client for statements and postings in and around January 6, 2021, and conduct an interview of your client regarding the events in and around January 6, 202 l, prior to sentencing. Your client can accomplish this through an in-person meeting with a law enforcement agent to allow the law enforcement agent to look through social media accounts on your client's phone or other device

I’m telling you that Defendant Scavo is likely to never serve any time for his part in the Jan 6th Domestic Terrorist Attack on our Capitol. The man rented at least two busses and you’ll note theres zero reference to level of offense. Which is indicative of the Government’s unwillingness to see this defendant serve any time in prison.

..Your client acknowledges that the riot that occurred on January 6, 2021, caused, as of May 17, 2021, approximately $1,495,326.55 damage to the United States Capitol. Your client agrees as part of the plea in this matter to pay restitution to the Architect of the Capitol in the amount of $500.

Here’s what I’d like to know:

• Of the 200+ people he coordinated to come from Pennsylvania to DC, how many (if any) have been charged?

  • And if any of the 200 passengers were charged let’s say with felonies like beating the crap out of law enforcement —then where and what is Defendant SCAVO’s liability (both criminal offense like conspiracy, aiding and abetting) and restitution…

• At any time did Scavo obstruct the investigation, destroy documents, evidence?

At this point I no longer have any trust in the USAO-DC, the acting US Attorney for DC should have been relieved of his post months ago. In fact I’d genuinely like to know from Main Justice if they still have faith and confidence in the acting US Attorney for DC… because at every possible turn the USAO-DC has taken the easy way out. It is crystal fucking clear that the “acting” US Attorney for DC does not view the Jan6th attack as an act of domestic terrorism and its clear he can’t lead that office because the prosecutorial mistakes have been too numerous to count.

no really in the Defendant SCAVO Statement of Offense the Government stated he assaulted law enforcement. I’m so done with the acting US Attorney for DC because this is grade AAA bullshit:

Scavo recorded a cellphone video of himself at the Rotunda Doors on the East Front of the Capitol, where hundreds of rioters gathered. Some of the rioters near Scavo screamed at, pushed, pulled, and otherwise assaulted police officers guarding the doors, eventually breaching

"Treason!," "Defend the Constitution, Defend your Liberty!"

and then the USAO-DC immediately contradicts itself and attempts to roll the FBI …what in the freshest of all fresh hells is this?

"This is top-secret shit. We're in the Capitol. Stormed the fucking Capitol of the fucking United States at 58 years old. What the fuck is wrong with America?" As he roamed the halls of the Capitol, Scavo also stated, "Your own personal tour of the fucking Capitol. We fucking took it back. Took it back."

Scavo admitted to the Federal Bureau of Investigation ("FBI") that he was inside the Capitol for approximately eight minutes. The FBI did not uncover evidence that Scavo engaged in violent or destructive conduct at the Capitol grounds or inside the building.
