Look it is hard to understand why Nordean was released RoR’d but the fact is the Chief Judge in DDC ordered his release to home confinement

I am going to proffer a preemptive apology- this case slipped off my radar. I’m not a cyborg. And as my history has proven, my modus operandi is to read every page of any document I write about. However fair warning this article is really document heavy -which is what’s required to properly catch y’all up on the Nordean criminal case docket.

ETHAN NORDEAN CASE Update

…by way of a detailed typo-filed grammar butchering brief, you might want to reread my previous article concerning Ethan Nordean, found here. Shortly thereafter I published a second follow up article - which dissected the Search Warrant Executed on Ethan Nordean’s property, found here. Frankly speaking that second article is worth reading because I went super into the tiny details.

Since the February publication of both articles, there have been a lot of updates. The answer is Not Detained

March 3, 2021 Detention Hearing proceedings held before Chief Judge Beryl A. Howell:

• Motion Hearing as to ETHAN NORDEAN held via videoconference on 3/3/2021. Defendant not present due to an institutional emergency. Defense counsel's oral motion for a waiver under Rule 43, heard and granted. 15 MOTION for Release from Custody pursuant to 18 U.S.C. s. 3060 filed by ETHAN NORDEAN, denied as moot; 6 

• MOTION for Review of Release Order filed by USA, denied; 13 Defendant's Motion to Lift Stay on Release Order, denied as moot. Magistrate's Release Order AFFIRMED.
  Defendant released on personal recognizance bond with a condition of home detention, he will be supervised by Western District of Washington. Bond Status of Defendant: personal recognizance with home detention condition/release issued

Order releasing Defendant Nordean to “home confinement” via ECF⁴there is nothing in the DDC Order that precludes Nordean from jumping on the Internet and catching up with his Proud Boys. Moreover Nordean was RoR’d -that sound you hear? That’s me banging my head on my desk while the last of my F’s escaped my lips. You can read the March 3rd Order via my public drive, found here.

And lastly -factually speaking Nordean was RoR’d as affirmed by the attachment to document # 23 - https://ecf.dcd.uscourts.gov/doc1/04518365741 and I am sure this update will largely be reported… soon-ish

1. his wife filed a declaration explaining the passport belongs to a ex-boyfriend and it was located in a jewelry box whereas the Government stated it was found “on top of a close dresser on the Defendant’s side of the bed…” she also addresses the firearms in their home. Lastly oh well Hello there BaoFeng Radio, Mrs Nordean states he ordered the radio from Amazon and it arrived to their home on January 7th.

2. please holder -I’ve been working on a little research project which includes this radio plus zello plus any smartphone and interoperability which actually frustrates law enforcement’s ability to intercept your radio communications. And we all know that Zello handed over the recordings but I’m kind of serious did Zello also include data/recordings of their Apps on both Google and Apple?
