First, I love this judge. Second, after I had a claimant tell me last week, and an ALJ that they "wanted to get off the call and Get back into bed" a minute into my testimony when they knew they were forked and me and the ALJ just paused and looked at each other liked WTAF??!!! I am not exaggerating this statement....I thought I had officially heard it ALL!!!! but the second video, that will never get old.
I meant I watched the DV part..the Butt-f—-er guy was just icing on the cake. OMG! He said he didn’t know why his screen name said that...the guy looks like a very poor imitation of a glam 80’s pop star!
I remember watching this a while back and thinking how terrifying this looked. The victim sure dodged a potentially deadly situation. Judge Middleton is amazing!
