I’m sorry —I am running on fumes and I won’t be publishing an article (or articles) today. This week has been especially brutal. Juggling in-home summer school, my actual job, and other issues…I literally have nothing left in the tank. Plus I’m in back to back meetings from 8AM until 2PM. Because yes let’s do a depo on a Friday that seems super smart (note my sarcasm)

Personally I’ve loved her music long before she became popular… her voice reminds me a lot of Eva Cassidy -Fields of Gold or Time after Time, both are covers and one of my all time favorites. Her Time after Time was our first dance at our wedding. I had the good fortune of seeing her perform at Wolf Trap and the Birchmere. Again apologies for such a weird article. The fact is I’m kind of running on fumes. I don’t want to do “half-ass” research and slapping some random words together because I’m under time/resource constraints. I figured that I’d just be upfront. By telling you that I’m completely burnt out. Work has been grueling this week and I’m literally burning too candles on all ends. So before I set a fire I need to slow down. I’d rather be straightforward than “trying” to pump out a shitty article. Again I’m sorry -I’m kind of struggling at the moment and I keep dropping balls. I hope you’ll understand and I’ll try harder next week
