I’m taking today off - I am super slammed at my J-O-B making me unavailable for the majority of the day. I also don’t want to publish a half-assed article. Yes I’m still working on research projects
THANK YOU—what a wonderful peaceful video, just what I needed! Hope once your work day is done you get a chance to fully recharge. Thank you for all you do!
Mic, Tara O'Brien said it for us all: "We have no set expectations of output from you." I find myself completely exhausted from all of the shit, so that means that you must be both debilitated and wearied from your immersion in the rabbit holes you must explore to bring everyone this important blog.
Oh my gosh, I don't know how you juggle the way you do. Working, researching, writing, family, kids activities, home, you're superwoman, but even she needs a day off every now and then. It's not good to overload your brain the way you do. Hard (mental) reboot, delete old (unnecessary facts) files, and remember to empty your trash bin (let it all go!!) ...
omg - you owe no apologies. We are all better people because of you. Knowing that someone of your caliber has any form of weakness is heartening. Take care!
Nightbirde drew me to tears with her performance that got her the golden buzz. What an amazing young lady. Our weekend was quite sad, we lost a 17 yr old cousin in a car crash. We are a pretty tight knit family on that side so we all felt it and are still feeling it. Her memorial service was beautiful. Here’s to the ones we lose too soon. Take care Filey, thank you for the zen.
Saying I’m sorry for you loss just sounds inadequate —a long time ago a friend sent me this quote and I find solace in it. Grief is messy and it doesn’t come with a handbook. May your memories of you cousin give you comfort
“There is a sacredness in tears. They are not a mark of weakness, but of power. They speak more eloquently than ten thousand tongues. They are the messengers of overwhelming grief, of deep contrition and of unspeakable love.” ― Washington Irving
Good morning and Happy Friday. Please don't apologize because you absolutely rock for bringing us the real deal, actual court docs with explanations.
May your workday fly by so you can relax. Hug
Self care is important. Enjoy your day. We have no ‘set expectations of output’ from you; just grateful for your research and insight.
I introduced Eva Cassidy to my 12 y/o daughter, she’s now a family favorite.

Enjoy your weekend Files.🤗 That goes for everyone else too.😉☺️
Used to listen to Better than Ezra on my commute.

Kaleo, nice. Saw them live a few years ago in an outdoor venue and Jökull Júlíusson's voice was so crystal clear and crisp, it gave me goosebumps.
Jökull Júlíusson <— holy moly you’re so right
well, I used the google to look up his name, and just a simple copy/paste to get it right. Respect.
Take care of yourself and your family! We all need a day off sometimes!

You are completely beloved.
10,000 Emerald Pools. I like this song a lot. Thanks, I like to find new music.

Thanks for this, File-y. Hope you have a wonderful, relaxing weekend waterside.
