Another day another round up of Jan 6th insurgent charged

Also going to point out the March 3rd indictment - that implicated Zach Rehl and Charles Donohoe because apparently my pet Zach was arrested this morning by the FBI

No really maybe you should read the March 3rd Indictment because it was just a matter of time that Rehl and Donohoe would be charged - it’s not like some of us were asking, like repeatedly asked when Rehl would be charged. I believe on January 7th I created a lengthy Twitter thread

Defendant Andrew Cavanaugh

DDC-MJ case; Criminal Complaint ECF and Affidavit/Statement of Facts ECF and Arrest Warrant Returned (from Montana to DC) as executed ECF

Montana MJ Case No: 9:21-mj-00038 via ECF - Cavanaugh was Released, ECF

Charges: 18 U.S.C. § 1752(a)(1) - Knowingly Entering or Remaining in any Restricted Building or Grounds Without Lawful Authority, and 40 U.S.C. § 5104(e)(2) - Violent Entry and Disorderly Conduct on Capitol Ground

If you are going to partake in a deadly insurrection- maybe you shouldn’t wear easily identifiable clothing. Because Defendant Cavanugh wore a baseball cap with his company’s logo Tactical Citizen (also archived) and that gave investigators a lead which ultimately assisted in identifying him

As the affidavit states:

“….person is walking, he pans across the people in front of him while yelling loudly “Where are the fucking traitors at? Drag them out by their fucking hair!” As he speaks, the white male wearing the Tactical Citizen baseball cap, replies off camera, “Yeah!” The individual in the Tactical Citizen hat is also wearing a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt with white printing on the from…”

But then deleting you various Facebook live videos, probably not the best move because a “reporting party # 1” still contacted the FBI - I wonder if Aaron Kyle Sanders will be charged because this affidavit certainly puts Sanders in the bullseye…

Also this FBI Agent is nothing but completely thorough - as they also obtained video footage of Cavanaugh landing at Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport on January 9, 2021 after he took a connecting flight from DCA to Denver and ultimately back to Montana

As previously mentioned the Montana Federal Magistrate Judge ordered Cavanaugh to be released with what appears to be minimal restrictions- I uploaded the Order to my public drive.

Defendant ANNIE HOWELL

March 2, 2021 she was charged via a Criminal Complaint (ECF) with:

18 U.S.C. § 1752(a)(1) - Knowingly Entering or Remaining in any Restricted Building or Grounds Without Lawful Authority, 18 U.S.C. § 1752(a)(2) - Knowingly Engaging in Disorderly or Disruptive Conduct in any Restricted Buildings or Grounds, 40 U.S.C. § 5104(e)(2) - Violent Entry and Disorderly Conduct on Capitol Grounds, 18 U.S.C. § 1512(c)(2) - Obstruction of Justice/Congress.

The Affidavit is definitely worth reading (ECF) - multiple witnesses contacted the FBI about Defendant Howell and her various social media post.

“…in other unidentified videos posted to social media, HOWELL appeared to be “inciting the crowd in order to storm the building.” W1 identified HOWELL’s voice as the individual on the video he/she submitted to the FBI leading the chants “Who’s (sic) house, our house!!” and “fight for trump (sic)…”

Then on January 8, 2021 a second witness contacted the FBI and provided them with the video Howell sent Witness # 2

Apparently Defendant Howell was in a Facebook Messanger Chat room and she was, what appears to be, voluntarily giving the chat room live updates of her crime-ing. (as an aside I am really losing patience with the level of deep stupid that these so called Trump supporters continue to exhibit. Like how dumb are you that you’d humble brag about attacking Law Enforcement and then ransacking our Capitol) - I uploaded the Affidavit of Defendant Howell to my public drive

Earlier today Defendant Howell’s case and subsequent indictment (ECF) were unsealed - baby girl is facing (potentially) decades in prison and I’m okay with it because what she did isn’t patriotic or American - she engaged in acts of Domestic Terrorism. I also uploaded her five count indictment to my public drive.

for now you should be caught up but I know I’m about 4 new cases behind. However I’m running on fumes and not sure when I’ll catch up - I’m kind of burnt out by the Jan 6th Insurrection. Mainly because I’m sick of seeing these domestic Terrorist being released. And at times I do not understand why the Government isn’t fighting harder to keep all of them in custody. The shit is annoying because if these were black or brown Americans- they would be detained pending trial and apparently there are two justice systems.

Okay I should stop because I’m teetering on the edge of saying something I might regret - especially when you look at last summer’s BLM arrest and compare to a deadly domestic terror attack on January 6th that ultimately left seven Americans dead and 140+ law enforcement officers injured - oh you want data? Okay Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) data. Nearly 300 individuals were arrested on June 1, 2021 it was a PEACEFUL PROTEST and thusly I will never understand how or why the Government isn’t actually administering equal justice
