Indeed - which is why it is frustrating because the disparities and inequities could not be more profound than what we are all witnessing with the daily drip, drip. All I know is during the Lafayette Sq peaceful protest - no one died or ransacked the very building that is our Democracy. During the BLM protest, there were hundreds immediately arrested (upwards of 470 the SAME freaking day) but the Capitol act of Domestic Terrorism? We are now 71 days, with just barely over 300 defendants. Moreover the vast majority of the Capitol Defendants are “out” on bond and nearly 90% are white, nearly 42% we the tax payers are paying for the Fed Pub Defndr - so yes White Privilege tips in favor of Trump - they get RoR’d or out on bond. Talk about inequitable relief -
I have been involved in lots of activism and have watched cops tear gas/mace and brutally beat so many innocent peaceful people. Kinda jaded on such things: "It's just what cops do." in my life experience. But there's always a mayor or someone powerful behind them giving them the go ahead to be brutal. Also with the Proud Boys, I am certain I have had them stalk me at work. I'm both trans and outspokenly Pro-Democratic Party, I'm only semi-anonymous on Twitter cause I use it to promote and sell my writing, not just politics. I can be found. And I'm just the type of person they want to beat/kill/what have you.
It shouldn't be that way. We need reform in our country. We need more people to get out and exercise their "right to vote" because thousands have literally died to defend a freedom that some countries can only dare to dream of...
so, his "cousin" Robert Gable appears to be serving in some capacity with his "current tour in Germany" for which C thanked him for his service... If not, apparently he would have totally been there with his big bad cousin. I wonder if he will also be investigated..

The two systems of justice system clearly needs critical reform. If any of these terrorists manage not to be indicted, then justice loses.
