CHRISTOPHER PATRICK MOYNIHAN heard you were indicted - and JENNIFER HEINL heard you were arrested and charged
I can be extremely critical and sometimes unfairly harsh with respect to the Department of Justice. I am genuinely trying to let go of my AG Barr bias, but it’s a process that I’m working through. My criticism is meant to be weighted towards analytics. Admittedly it has been frustrating, with the slow trickling of arrest - kind of like the preverbal death by a thousand papers cuts. I suppose one could argue that many Americans are pre-conditioned and/or predisposed to “instant gratification”
The fact is the FBI and DOJ launched a massive nearly fifty statewide multi-agency investigation. I think more patience is needed. After watching the recent 60 minutes interview - the “60 minute overtime” segment that wasn’t actually broadcast on TV - it made me realize that I should “slow my roll” and give the FBI and DOJ a bit of room to simply do their job. That said I will try to remain objective and pull back on my criticism. I really think you should watch the following three minute interview
(Acting & former) United States Attorney Sherwin:
Some of you may have overlooked the recent 60 Minutes Overtime Interview with (then) Acting US Attorney Sherwin -District of Columbia. Honestly he’s kind of intense but that kind of intensity means tenacity and it is deeply appreciated. US Attorney Sherwin reminds me of a pitbull. I happen to like pitbulls because we are known for once we latch on, we only release when we want to or when we think the job is done.
Conversely if Sherwin did not have the explicit permission from the DOJ to share previously unknown details about the ongoing investigation with the general-public. In general speaking this candidly, particularly about an ongoing investigation(s) could be incredibly problematic. I suppose we should take the “wait and see” approach. Part of me thinks Sherwin’s interview was a bit self serving but I’m also trying to be open to plausible “reasoning” for his candid interview.
1-7.600 - Release of Information in Criminal,Civil, and Administrative Matters—Non-Disclosure
DOJ personnel shall not make any statement or disclose any information that reasonably could have a substantial likelihood of materially prejudicing an adjudicative proceeding.
This 60 Minutes Overtime is definitely worth watching because there’s a lot of previously unknown facts. For Example
type of crimes being investigated “from murder to assault to art theft” until this interview I would venture to say that most of us did not know “precious art” was stolen during the insurrection
over 400 arrest - Q; “are the arrest over?” and US Attorney Sherwin’s response “no…no…not at all”
Reconnaissance DID OCCUR
US Attorney Sherwin affirmatively states it is something the DOJ is investigating. Notwithstanding in mid January Rep Mikey Sherrill via this Facebook Live dropped a significant “fact bomb” and then tweeted a copy of a letter sent to the Acting SAAs for both the House and Senate.
The Capitol Police Office of Inspector General also investigating the purported “reconnaissance” - which matches up with Speaker Pelosi’s “the threat is coming from in side the House” -to date we don’t know the status of any of the aforementioned investigation.
Last week I causally mentioned that the FBI should interview Rep Gosar - my reason? Watch the video I embedded in this previously published article
Exhibit A - Rep Pete Sessions now infamous deleted tweet which he deleted presumably on January 7, 2021 - Federal Records Act - something something
only to be replaced with this tweet/thread - consciousness of guilt behavior Pete?
Those who thought; assaulting law enforcement, stealing government property, doing millions of damage to the very building that is known as the embodiment of “Democracy”—some how makes you more patriotic. You were feed an “all you can eat diet” of lies and disinformation about the 2020 presidential election. You were brainwashed in to believing “the big lie” - you let Trump radicalize you.
Defendant CHRISTOPHER PATRICK MOYNIHAN
On February 25, 2021 Defendant Moynihan was charged via criminal complaint (ECF or via my public drive) , 18 U.S.C. § 1752(a)(1) - Knowingly Entering or Remaining in any Restricted Building or Grounds Without Lawful Authority, 40 U.S.C. § 5104(e)(2) - Violent Entry and Disorderly Conduct on Capitol Grounds, 18 U.S.C. § 1512(c)(2) - Obstruction of Justice/Congress.
Unclear why Moynihan’a case hasn’t been uploaded to the USAO-DC Capitol Violence Case database but I’d still bookmark that link. But you’ll note in the Affidavit (ECF or via my public drive) videos depicting Moynihan standing behind the dias, where a few minutes before (then) Vice President Pence sat as he was presiding over the Electoral College ballots.
And it’s kind of satisfying to see another defendant be charged -see this February 17th article - I embedded a video that I pulled from Parler before it went down, you’ll note that Moynihan was standing behind the Senate dias and at times he stood next to Paul Hodgkins
On March 17, 2021 a Grand Jury in the District of Columbia handed down a six count indictment ( ECF or via my public drive)
DDC Case No: 1:21-cr-00226-CRC, ECF Docket Report - which shows on March 5, 2021 (before the indictment) the Defendant was RoR’d -I uploaded the recent docket report to my public drive
Defendant Jennifer HEINL
Criminal Complaint (ECF) Affidavit/Statement of Facts (ECF)
Charges: 18 U.S.C. § 1752(a)(1) - Knowingly Entering or Remaining in any Restricted Building or Grounds Without Lawful Authority, 18 U.S.C. § 1752(a)(2) - Disorderly and Disruptive Conduct in a Restricted Building or Grounds, 40 U.S.C. § 5104(e)(2)(D) - Violent Entry and Disorderly Conduct on Capitol Grounds, 40 U.S.C. § 5104(e)(2)(G) - Parading, Demonstrating, or Picketing in a Capitol Building.
January 26, 2021, Kenneth Grayson was arrested in Pennsylvania and charged via criminal complaint in docket number: 1:21-mj-1631 - now DDC Case No: 1:21-cr-00224-TSC-1 (ECF Docket Report) or you can view the recent docket report via my public drive
Can we just take a moment and appreciate the hardworking men and women of the FBI. For the last four years so many vilified the FBI. Even former president Trump, his QANON-MAGA surrogates, all of whom falsely smeared the FBI as the “deep state” —Let’s be clear the FBI is our preeminent law enforcement agency. I for one am very grateful that the FBI is always standing watch.
For Example: the FBI identified Kenneth Grayson - they were able to establish a link between Defendant Grayson and Jennifer Heinl
The affidavit disclosed, agents obtained a search warrant for Grayson’s Facebook account. Agents were able to review the Facebook Messanger activity and observed messages from “November 12, 2020 to January 11, 2021. 2 The communications discussed, in part, travel arrangements to Washington, D.C., including rental vehicles and hotels”
January 28, 2021 FBI agents then conducted a telephonic interview of Defendant HEINL. She repeatedly & materially lied to the Agents. She had the temerity to say to; Ken Grayson who? I hardly know the guy. We accidentally ran into each other on January 6th and we did not stay at the same hotel and “I didn’t go inside the Capitol”
Baby girl did you not think that the FBI agents had done their due diligence before they interviewed you? Did you not think that CCTV and other surveillance security cameras are all over the Capitol?
One day I’d want the opportunity just to watch any FBI agent interview a target. I mean she outright lied to the FBI and in my head I envision the FBI Agents lowering the boom by sliding over pictures to her proving she lied. I mean pictures of HEINL and GRAYSON were on Grayson’s iPad.
Pages 8 thru 10 of the Affidavit (uploaded to my public drive) as to Defendant Grayson - trust me - read it
Again it’s easy to be critical of the pace of the arrest/complaints and subsequent indictments. I continue to have concerns but I also have faith in the FBI and DOJ’s commitment to seeking equal Justice.

Affidavit as to defendant Grayson - (See page 3) Jan 9th v Jan 11th
in the HEINL affidavit it states (See page 3 affidavit as to defendant HEINL)
Upon reviewing the search warrant returns, FBI observed communications between HEINL and Grayson via Facebook Messenger from on or about November 12, 2020 to January 11, 2021. The communications discussed, in part, travel arrangements to Washington, D.C., including rental vehicles and hotels.
I haven't read your post yet aside from first paragraph, because like you, I occasionally need to work and I don't think anyone can multitask as well as you can. I have to focus in silence. But I will say this-- My hope is that they are slowing building tight cases on all to ensure justice and also to get to who facilitated the storylines that all of these people fell in line with. I always feel as though Trump stays one degree removed== Oh I said we were gonna march together== but I meant in spirit, not literally == and same argument as that dumb attorney== only a fool would believe I meant what I said.
My hope is they are pulling together enough of a story, so that we don't just arrest and imprison a bunch of sheep and fools who bought a story and were dumb enough to think they would be immune from justice. I mean, heck, I believe most of them still believe in a stolen election and they were being patriotic. We need the perpetrators of a plan. Roger Stone probs and the other mouthpieces.
I wasn't sure of what to think of Sherwin's 60 Minutes interview, especially so soon after leaving his post at DOJ and role in the investigations. It's too easy to brand him as another Trump toadie but I'm not sure of why he went on national TV to talk "candidly" either.
