PS —Apparently my fingers and my keyboard autocorrect clashed. Meaning I inadvertently published this article using Byrd which was autocorrected of Boyd. Again I apologize for any confusion I may have caused. I suppose that serves me right for rushing out a newsletter. Me goes and sits in a corner to contemplate my shitty life choices <snort>

I was just coming back to apologize for typing his name as Lt. Boyd when it's Lt. Byrd, and saw your post. No worries it's late here in Cali, and really late east coast. Goodnight🥰

Eloquently written Filey. I'm looking so forward to watching Lt.Boyd's interview tonight. I think it's with Lester Holt and his NBC Nightly News program. So much sacrifice made by these officers, heart breaking to observe.

without ruining it - there’s a visible sadness in his eyes and voice. I may have shed a tear as he was crying while explaining what impact this had on his own family. Lt Byrd is a hero and should be acknowledged as such <— Fox News looking right atcha

It is my belief that if that first person (Ashli) had gained entrance to the chamber the rest of the mob would have rushed and quickly overpowered any security and led to many more deaths. Firing that shot was the only thing that stopped the insane momentum.

There isn't a medal with a high enough honor for his actions.

I hope any threats to him or his family are prosecuted.

Sad when doing the right thing for your country costs you so much.

Now that he's public there needs to be some honor bestowed to him.
