If you were inside our Capitol on Jan 6th—FBI Agents are like a dog with a bone & you’re screwed. Agents will identify you “then boom goes the dynamite“ - turn yourself in.
And for the record - I purposely redact the FBI agents name. Largely because I respect the incredible work by the men and women of the FBI and I don’t feel comfortable with having their names out there in the public domain. Yes Fed Court filings are a matter of public record but out of a sense of respect & decency that’s why I tend to redact the affiant’ s name and signature -the end 🤓

Excellent work! The geofencing is a concern of privacy you wrote about on twitter. Right? I hate you lost all that work as I don't remember the outcome or if their was one.
Yes - it’s the USA_v_Chatrie case that I’ve closely followed since 2019 - I recall that on Jan 6th & 7th I went out on a limb and stated that investigators would use GeoFencing and cross reference with an exclusionary list to drill down on cell phones inside the Capitol- but Defendant Adams is the 1st time the Government proffered GeoFencing data. And that makes me very happy & affirms my previous assertions re GeoFencing
Indeed it was a case I’ve been closely following since 2019 because it’s a case of 1st impression. The ramifications will be astounding- hence why I keep tabs on it
