WASHINGTON – Jon Schaffer, 53, of Columbus, Indiana, today admitted that he breached the Capitol on January 6, 2021, wearing a tactical vest and armed with bear repellent, and pleaded guilty to unlawfully entering the U.S. Capitol to obstruct Congress’ certification of the U.S. presidential election results.

• Schaffer acknowledged he is a founding lifetime member of the Oath Keepers, a large but loosely organized collection of individuals, some of whom are associated with militias.

• Schaffer also acknowledged that on January 6, 2021 he was in Washington to attend the “Stop the Steal” rally at the Ellipse in Washington, D.C. to protest the results of the presidential election, which he believed were fraudulent. Schaffer wore a tactical vest and carried bear spray, a dangerous weapon and chemical irritant used to ward off bears…

• Schaffer admitted that after arriving on Capitol grounds, he walked past barriers intended to restrict access to the public and to a set of locked doors on the Capitol’s west side.  At approximately 2:40 PM, Schaffer positioned himself at the front of a crowd that broke open a set of doors being guarded by four U.S. Capitol Police (USCP) officers wearing riot gear.

because common sense dictates that his docket went quite/dark April 5 thru April 15…until this was entered and then less than 24 hours later the DOJ announced Jon Schaffer pleaded guilty to - two counts

But of the items listed governing the protective order - item “j” is something that you should pay attention to - because “tax returns or tax information“ see footnote below¹ because Schaffer flipping means Rhodes should be really worried as should Give-Send-Go,

to say Schaffer was facing decades in Federal Prison would in fact be an accurate statement of fact

The Cooperation Subsection is pretty standard -

but I would like to draw your attention to the April 15, 2021 Protective Order and in Schaffer’s Executed Plea Agreement specifically 9(c) - there it is - meaning did it occur to you why I pointed out the protective order and the significance of this subsection of his Plea Agreement…

and then there’s The Whole Witness Protection as part of his plea agreement

Now if you had paid close attention to Schaffer’s docket you would have noticed that the signs of a “Plea Agreement” was reflected in the docket. For Example on April 2, 2021 Motion to “continue Status Conference” which was ultimately denied by the Court

but then on April 4, 2021 the Government filed a motion to continue Schaffer’s detention hearing. For eleven days the docket went dark - and then on April 15, 2021 the Government filed a Consent Motion concerning the Protective Order which governed Discovery. Lastly less than 24 hours later Schaffer pleaded guilty and the docket was updated with the plea agreement…so if you know how to read a docket then you’d know why I’m pointing out these specific filings.

One question that has yet to be answered is of the nearly 378+ defendants about 43.8% the courts have deemed indigent and thus ordered a Federal Pubic Defender represent the defendant(s) - so I will keep repeating my questions until such time I am sufficiently satisfied with a factually based answer:

• Who paid for the Oath Keepers, airfare, gas money, bus tickets, in short the transportation cost to come to Washington DC

• Who paid for the Oath Keepers housing accommodation, hotel rooms, motel rooms and various AirBnBs

• Who paid for the meals, drinks etc -did the Oath Keepers give their members a per diem

• Who paid for the electronics like Zello, radios - and other communications devices used?

• Who paid for the “bear spray” or “pepper spray
  

so for now you are caught up - I wonder if E Stewart Rhodes and Roger Stone are freaking out - because they should be. Justice does grind slowly but goddamn being patient does have its rewards. -drops mic and skips away giggling
