And at some point Give-Send-Go needs to be held accountable for their tacit complicity.

Wrapping yourself in religious righteousness is about the most unchristian thing anyone can do. But the egregiousness of Give-Send-Go using both “prayer” and feigning ignorance - all while allowing their platform to be used by the very same people who attacked our Democracy- it is repulsive.

On March 17, 2021 Connie and Kelly Meggs’ son Zach Meggs created a fundraising campaign (archived) in less than ten days his campaign raised more than $140,000.00 - it received a considerable amplification when the GatewayPundit published this article also archived

February 17th, both my parents, Kelly and Connie Meggs were arrested in relation to the events at the Capitol on January 6th, you can Google their names if you wish to find more to the story(albeit, the mainstream media is lying, evil and deceitful), but I am sure you know who they are.

What most overlooked is on February 28, 2021 Zach Meggs also created a GoFundMe campaign, (archived) which raised just over $6,000.00 —by all appearances Zach Meggs now shoulders a huge responsibility since both of his parents were arrested and charged. But what exactly is he fundraising? Supplementing the loss of his parents income? Paying for attorneys?

but as previously discussed his Give-Send-Go raised over $140,000 in ten short days. Keep in mind that both “fundraisers” appear to be for “living expenses” versus an actual legal defense fund. The main issue I have is, if you read the updates in the Give-Send-Go…in sum and substance it is completely misleading. Of course it’s natural for any family to say “they are innocent”, after all defendants are afforded a presumption of innocence. The issue here is raising funds off of falsehoods or at a minimum incredibly misleading “facts”

On March 24, 2021 I published this article where I provided you with the recent Court filings. And of course the recent third superseding indictment (found here)

Again if you look at the actual statement of facts, affidavits and supplemental filings -it is hard to accept that “I was falsely accused” and “now my life is ruined” meaning are the defendants unaware that the Government has proffered a head spinning amount of evidence. That their narrative of “political persecution” isn’t exactly persuasive. The facts that remains unchallenged —each of the Defendants voluntarily traveled to Washington DC. No one forced them to assault over 140 law enforcement officers. No one ordered them to break into lawmakers offices. No one ordered them to deficate in lawmakers offices. No one mandated that they purloin government property. And certainly no one ordered them do millions of dollars in damage to our Capitol Building. Each of these defendants made a conscious decision to engage in unlawful and destructive behavior. But the fact that Give-Send-Go is the fundraising platform of choice. Below are a handful of cases and corresponding Give-Send-Go fundraising campaigns.

Defendants Debra Maimone & Phillip Vogel

To refresh your memory, I walked you through the MAIMONE and VOGEL charges - the affidavit included photographic evidence along with video (both security footage and videos the defendants posted to social media)

About six days ago MAIMONE created a Give-Send-Go fundraising campaign

Defendant Dillon Paul Homol

Not only did his mother lie to the FBI but her son Dillon Homol also lied to the FBI… Homol went with the..

he was forced into the Capitol building by the crowd and he could not fight back against the crowd when he entered the building.

Defendant Derrick Evans

Former Councilmen Derrick Evans was one of the very first to be charged, see the January 8th Affidavit via ECF or via my public drive —on March 4, 2021 a Magistrate Judge in DC issued an Order of Release with conditions, see ECF or via my public drive. Shortly after Evans’ arrest he created a Give-Send-Go campaign.

Defendant Lt Col Larry Brock Jr

On January 9, 2021 a Complaint and Affidavit (see ECF or via my public drive) against Larry Brock - I had actually forgotten that Brock’s ex-wife was one of two witnesses that contacted the FBI. On February 19, 2021 the Government filed a three page six count Information, see via ECF or via my public drive. There after Brock was released to “home detention” and a strict condition of accessing the internet without the pre-approval of Pretrial services. On March 15, 2021 Defendant Brock filed; MOTION to Modify Conditions of Release by LARRY RENDALL BROCK -see via MOTION-ECF (or via my public drive), see Exhibit 2 ECF (or via my public drive) - thereafter on March Government Filed their response, see via ECF or access via my public drive - you really should read the Government’s response - it’s kind of chilling²

And like many other January 6, 2021 defendants - retired Lt Col Larry Brock Jr created a Give-Send-Go campaign;

Lt Col Larry Brock Jr Legal Defense also archived - and once again using false pretenses to solicit donations. He’s pretending that he didn’t do anything criminal and that he was helpless by the mob that forced him into the Capitol.

Oh and I’m also going to point out that on March 22, 2021 the Court made this docket entry as to Defendant Brock’s current counsel…

…as you can see there’s actually a pattern here. I am in the process of reviewing 16+ other defendants. But I think I’ve given you enough receipts to conclusively support my assertion that Give-Send-Go should be asked; why are you okay with profiting off numerous crowdfunding campaigns? My understanding is Give-Send-Go does in fact make a profit - it’s on their company’s website
