Before we drill down on the events of Matt Gaetz - I’d like to point out on December 8, 2019 I created this Twitter thread basically whipsawing through Gaetz’s legislative history. I specifically tweeted at Gaetz why he was the only “nay” vote on the Human Trafficking Bill (put a pin in that because I’m going to add more details via Facebook’s Live). Furthermore on December 13, 2019 I tweeted this thread out what some viewed as a highly offensive tweet. Largely because I asked Gaetz about Cocaine, Pot and girls aged 16 or 17

Oh and also December 21, 2019 Geatz’s FEC and financial disclosures thread - not to be out done by this Christmas Eve 2019 -this Twitter thread directly questioning Gaetz’ financial disclosure reports -where I compared his State Of Florida disclosure yet his US House (Federal) Financial Disclosures seemed…a natural segway to this February 2020 thread where I further drilled down on Matt’s FEC filings

To say that I have spent a considerable amount of time researching Matt Gaetz, might actually be an understatement. Accordingly this week’s news reports by our venerable Fourth Estate.

To be clear, nothing reported this week was actually surprising. Rep Gaetz is exactly what most of us think he is; an egregious clown who’s a beta satan perennial frat boy. Showing other members of Congress pictures and videos of women he purportedly bedded - hence the moniker of Beta Satan. Gaetz is <2 years away from turning 40.

According to one of the people familiar with the matter, an employee at the tax collector's office saw Greenberg and Gaetz on internal office surveillance video looking through driver licenses on a weekend evening…In a text message exchange shared with CNN that the source said was between Greenberg and the employee, Greenberg confirmed he was in the office 'showing congressman Gaetz what our operation looked like.' That witness shared the information with prosecutors from the local US attorney's office and US Secret Service agents investigating Greenberg's case in January 2020, the person familiar with the matter said."

A shocking CNN report says he showed photos and videos of his female sexual partners to House colleagues, including on the floor of the chamber. The Daily Beast’s portrait of Gaetz as a man-about-town is less rakish than sleazy. Gaetz may have been dating a 17-year-old, according to reports. Congressional Leadership is annoyed that one of its rising spokesmen could find himself tanked and gave them no heads-up. Conservative media has started to eat one of its own stars. And no one expects ex-President Donald Trump to stay loyal even to one of his most reliable defenders.

Third Superseding INDICTMENT returned in open court as to Joel Micah Greenberg (1) count(s) 1sss, 2sss-3sss, 4sss-10sss, 11sss-20sss, 21sss-23sss, 24sss, 25sss, 26sss, 27sss, 28sss-30sss, 31sss-33sss. via ECF or via my public drive - as you will note the SR3 has a lot of new contextual information- for example that is one helluva opening paragraph… child sex trafficking, identity theft, wire fraud and money laundering…that’s the 1st paragraph of the SR3…so soak it all in…

Remember how a few days ago I was like hmmm…what did the Government have on Defendant Greenberg that mandated his re-arrest (see bottom of this article with the embedded March 18, 2021 body worn camera footage)…well I think we now know what the catalyst was/is. The Government proffered evidence to the Grand Jury that Greenberg violated his conditions of release by:

“…conspiring with an employee of the Small Business Administration (SBA) and another individual to submit false claims of Economic Injury Disaster Loans and to bribe the SBA employee…”

Count One -Sex Trafficking of a Child

as to the “Minor Victim” - she was 14 years old and at the time she was not 18 years old - “offenses alleged in Count One, Two and Four” of the SR3 -

But here’s how you know commercial sex act colloquially known as “prostitution” which is defined by 18 U.S.C. §1591(e)(3)¹ and reads in part: The term ‘commercial sex act’ means any sex act, on account of which anything of value is given to or received by any person”

Counts Two and Three:

Well this is new - previously there was a bit of inference but as you can see in the SR3 - Greenberg is accused improperly accessing D.A.V.I.D on September 4, 2017 accessing photos and Florida driver identification number of the “minor victim” that he sex trafficked. Count four -unlawful use of means of Identification of another person

In non-legalese Defendant Greenberg unlawfully accessed the FL DMV records to find the “minor victim” he had previously (allegedly) sex trafficked. Beyond the predatory behavior it is disgusting that he would use his role as a public official to essentially stalk his “minor victim” —importantly the Grand Jury found Greenberg likely violated 18 U.S.C. §1028(a)(7), 1028(b)(2) ²and 2

Counts Eleven thru Twenty - Wire Fraud

If you recall in the previous article - I concluded the article with Government BlockChain Systems³ ⁴ because the SR3 pages and pages of new facts proffered by the Government. The overt acts are kind of mind bending. For example; creating a virtual Amazon “store” to sell bit-mining computers, numerous business entities, embezzlement of public funds which he used to either purchase cryptocurrency or pay for personal expenses. But using public funds to purchase Michael Jordon and Kobe Bryant sports paraphernalia

The SR3 also alleges that part of the scheme Greenberg, and co-conspirators used the purloined personal data “to produce a false identification document to facilitate his efforts to engage in commercial sex acts.” Further the SR3 states in 2017 Greenberg solicited “a minor between the ages of 14 and 17” in 2017.

Furthermore the third superseding indictment also states that Greenberg opened a business bank account at Fifth Third Bank. Using the name of Seminole County Tax Collector. That account acted as a conduit and ultimately office funds where then diverted to Greenberg, because he was the lone signatory of the Account.

-I am tired because it’s been a long week. However I’m 99.999% certain that nearly everyone had a much better week…than Matty. And let’s be candid, he’s circling the drain of deep stupid. Case in point Gaetz’s appearance on the Mother Ship via Sucker Gnaralson (Tucker Carlson) —after “the most bizarre interview” —even Carlson refused to claim Gaetz. To understand how craptastic Gaetz’s week Gaetz’s really was, he demanded the DOJ release the audio. Good lord how does he not know that’s spoliation of evidence. How is he still allowed to practice law?
