Wow…it’s insanity. Trump’s contradiction of his attorneys a day later, was absolutely nuts. That’s the problem with a narcissist. His ego wouldn’t allow him to keep his mouth shut. Theory..... between the verified and unverified responses that are contradictory and blatant lies. When you 'tease apart' which filing holds which responses and claims, it starts to actually form a picture of someone (or at least a smart lawyer) who wanted it 'both ways' BS and confabulation that can't get you charged in verified filing, total dumpster fire and lies in unverified filing that was a 'complete accident.' I think that is what and why James chose to call it out publicly. She is not calling out 'what' they were doing, simply that they had done it.
Supposed to give ruling at 3:00 pm today. Judge Engoron says that NYAG James had 1st Amendment rights when she ran for office and Trump was already under investigation. He also said that Trump enjoyed those same 1st Amendment rights when he ran for POTUS (I think that was a subtle dig at his attacks on HRC)
