I think that’s a perfectly reasonable question - but this program is so fraught with delays and cost overruns - so the recent settlement with LM makes me think that the contract itself is deeply flawed. I couldn’t believe we are still required to pay LM even though they haven’t met the Ts & Cs of the contract- it’s vexing
