I now refer you to page 2 of the Government’s filing - “finance further attacks on the government”. The proceeding sentences are striking both in terms of explicit and implicit content. The government’s argument is there is no way to (real-time) monitor Nordean’s communications with other members of Proud Boys. And thusly a factor which the government argues tips in favor of Pretrial Detention.

That footnote is the cherry on this melting sundae - especially after reading the last sentence in the Telegram subsection…

“…the very chats referenced by the Defendant in his Opposition begin with the premise that the Defendant and his co-Defendants might be criminally culpable for their plans.

the government is not seeking detention because the Defendant “belongs to a political group…the government seeks detention to mitigate the risk of dangerousness posed by the Defendant’s release.

The Government goes on to proffer some new information page 3 and footnote 2 —Unindicted Co-Conspirator (UCC-1), and in the Telegram Chats themselves, the Government stated the Operational plans were “plans for criminal activity did, in fact, leak into plain view in the Telegram message” and Minecraft was “code” for the January 6th Insurrection

“…you're talkin[g] about playing Minecraft you just make sure you don't use your phone at all or even have it anywhere around you.”

Oh it gets so much better (or as one of my littles says “mo’ better) the Government proffers portions of the Signal Chat aka “New MOSD” message group..

I swear if UCC-1 is Henry “Enrique” Tarrio —then I’ll rejoin Twitter because he was arrested on January 4th and then released on January 5th. If you read footnote number 6 closely; Tarrio and Person 2 “monitoring events remotely”— perhaps I’m being too analytical, that certainly sounds like a “command and control” configuration

- if you pull back and take a thirty thousand overview of the cases, it certainly appears that the Government is (albeit slowly) building a R.I.C.O. case against the Oath Keepers and/or Proud Boys.

My final thoughts on the true identity of UCC-1 the Government disclosed that UCC-1 and Person 2 were not at the Capitol. And this kind of makes sense because the social media postings from UCC-1 actually indicated that he was relying on the “boots on the ground in Washington DC”

Defendants James and Minuta are now the 11th and 12th defendants to be charged in USA v Caldwell DDC-Case No: 1:21-cr-00028-APM - both charged via a Superseding Indictment with; conspiracy, obstruction of an official proceeding, and entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds…

Quick question does anyone know who Person TEN is? I mean we’ve talked about Person ONE is E. Stewart Rhodes -I vaguely remember Rhodes eluding to he put “Whip” in charge

I previously pointed out the “Go To Meeting” would be something to look for in forthcoming filings. And boy that had become a very interesting buckets-o-facts. I pointed out just how many “Go To Meetings” that this cell of Oath Keepers had in the run up to the Jan 6th Insurrection- specifically pointed to Defendant Harrelson.

Full disclosure I’ve purposefully held off on an article about Meggs and his grifters gotta grift —I wasn’t entirely happy with my research —so I scheduled a Saturday re-fresh. But as you can see in the recently unsealed superseding indeed Meggs also created “meetings”

Ermm - excuse me? So who’s the third “leader” and if I’m reading this correctly there were a total of 18 participants in the Jan 4th Go-To-Meeting. A reasonable deduction could be made, there are potentially still 5-6 possible unindicted co-conspirators

That’s great but I am curious how did James and Minuta become in possession of the golf cart?

James and Minuta drove to the Capitol in a golf cart, at times swerving around law enforcement vehicles with Minuta stating, “Patriots are storming the Capitol…so we’re en route in a grand theft auto golf cart to the Capitol building right now…it’s going down guys; it’s literally going down right now Patriots storming the Capitol building…”

2018 —>700+hp corvette —> 2021 a golf cart

Some are opining that the DOJ went light on newly indicted Defendants James and Minuta. One plausible explanation is Minuta might (operative word) have given up Roger Stone. I’m not entirely sure of that supposition. Conversely the question I have is Stone (see ABC, unedited-raw video found here) said he didn’t leave his hotel until “the late afternoon to go straight to the airport” of January 6th - so did Minuta return to drive Stone to the airport? More importantly do Federal Investigators have enough probable cause for a search warrant for Roger Stone’s cellular communications? As of now I don’t have the answers to my own questions
