Apologies but this is a long article - I probably should have written two but I decided to combine into one because the updates are closely linked, so many files incoming…

Meet new Defendant JOSHUA A. JAMES

Charges¹: 18 U.S.C. 1512(c)(2),2, Obstruction of an Official Proceeding -18 U.S.C. 1752(a)(1) and (2) and Aiding and Abetting Restricted Building or Grounds

Newly unsealed Criminal Complaint

Also newly unsealed, the Affidavit in Support² -this is by far one of the longest and most detailed affidavits entered into the record, specifically the in Thomas Caldwell et al criminal case. There are a lot of new threads that tie together. I highly recommend you take the time and read the affidavit closely -there’s a plethora of new facts added to the growing judicial record.

Remember that time someone was like “oh you planned to float supplies down the Potomac River” which is why when the SR1 was handed down I decided to do a deep dive of various “camp grounds in close proximity of the Potomac River.

The footnotes -specifically on page 2 - you need to read the second footnote very closely - because it reads that “person five” has not been charged. Pure speculation on my end (so it is okay to be skeptical, I won’t take it personally) Individual Five might <—operative word, be cooperating with the Government.

I am genuinely curious if or when a video will ever emerge of the “oath keepers” and “make a hole” - I have that video (because that guy sent me a link to it) and have purposely withheld it, until now. Based on my preliminary my research that video has not been widely circulated. Because this is one of the videos that guy in the private group sent me. It is also interesting that his Facebook account hasn’t been active since late January 2021 but I can’t find anything in the ECF that he’s been charged.

I now refer you to pages 6 through 8 - specifically paragraph 20 - which discloses new information, which reads in part:

“…investigation has revealed that Kelly and Connie Meggs ³are dues-paying members of the Oath Keepers, and Kelly Meggs professed to be the leader of a Florida chapter of the group…” —Investigators disclosed in the Affidavit that Joshua A James is the “owner/operator” of American Pro Hydro Services LLC, live Facebook URL -also archived here. Furthermore investigators also disclosed that James provided “security” for previous Oath Keepers protest, in November and December of 2020, respectively.

The Government proffered the following statement of facts as it relates to James and individual five:

Oh dear me and holy shittlestix —this is very bad for Defendant Jones and the other (yet to be charged) Oath Keepers. Investigators obtained multiple search warrants. In the previous context of “exclusion list” of mobile numbers, geofencing, cell tower connectivity logs and most likely the metadata included in various pictures and/or videos —it is now just a matter of time before the dam breaks and more defendants are charged.

As to my previous assertion regarding the Oath Keeper’s “stack” the affidavit provided this photographic evidence and frankly none of us should be surprised.

The affidavit also cites other YouTube Videos, one of which actually places Defendant James inside the Capitol, found here, here - moreover while some oath keepers were inside the Capitol- others remained outside and turned their radicalized rage against “credentialed news organizations”

The Affidavit also disclosed that since January 6, 2021–Defendant James has continued to make (repeated) contact with other Oath Keepers and close associates with Individual Five. To that end Defendant Jones has exchanged numerous phone calls and text messages. Additionally as recent as February 2021 Defendant Jones contacted Kelly Meggs up to the day Meggs was arrested. Look I’m not in the intelligence or law enforcement community nor have I ever purported to be, but even I know that Defendant Jones “Op Sec” is incredibly sloppy.

Defendant Thomas Caldwell case update

What is somewhat expected is Caldwell’s defense strategy is to re-write the facts and speciously explain his prior actions. Frankly the Government’s Opposition Memo excoriates Defendant’s Caldwell’s attempt to contort and materially change what the facts are, versus what he needs them to be —with the goal of persuading the Court to release him. To wit his Motion for Reconsideration of Detention is factually unavailing. (See Caldwell et al folder on my public drive) - meaning if such “new” evidence does not change the materiality of the facts proffered (thus far) by the Government then Caldwell’s motion is doomed for failure.

To help you understand what Caldwell’s Defense Strategy is (in non-legalese) he is playing the semantics game, it’s a reasonable defense strategy by muddying the waters. With the intent to argue about the strength of the Government’s case and give cause for a Judge to reconsider his detention.

I do think that in the coming days there’s going to be a disclosure about the Zello App (which can turn your smartphone into a walkie-talkie) that app allows users to have the same functionality as a Baofeng Radio. See Pages 6 & 7
