Your honor I object. Mr Van der Veem the Senate is not a court of law, but what’s the objection? “New Evidence” later determined the House Impeachment Managers timely filed it. Again - Overruled again
"Chuck demonstrates that he will rarely rise to the occasion and that brutal fact continues to prove why he needs to be defeated…"
Yep.
Though I am worried about precedent (with Mitch spouting off just now about how *guilty* Trump is, regardless of the fact that Mitch voted *not guilty*), I think that the legal system will be much less forgiving (correct me if I'm wrong, though I don't wanna be wrong, Spicey...) so I look forward to comeuppances for many of these elected traitors.
And I am glad that Congresswoman HB's statement is now in the record.
And I am glad that the votes of Senate GOP are all recorded for posterity, because, as you say, 2022.
I assume that Senator LG voted for witnesses because he was planning to hold up the Merrick Garland confirmation even longer than he had been able to so far..
I think that’s a solid assumption but I also think he voted in favor to effectively slow walk nearly all of Biden’s Senate Confirmation. What happened today (while largely expected) sent a clear message to Trump’s Domestic Terrorist - you can murder a Fed Officer, desecrate the heart of our Democracy and the Republican Party will acquit you. I am disgusted and 2022 baby
