Outrageous! Being a traitor and terrorist should be ample reason to sit in jail while awaiting trial, yet this crazy dude was allowed to walk and apparently beat up his girlfriend repeatedly before being tossed in jail. Stuff like this will continue to embolden radicalized people since they see there's no real penalty.

How the helllllll is that dude not locked up with the key thrown away already. All of this, all of it is infuriating. Read a few parlays, f*cking lunatic. Now I’m going to go eat my Cheerios in a fit of rage. DOJ, do better please.

The fact that the USAO-DC filed an “emergency motion” nearly 9 days after the Pretrial notice of violation. And nearly 7 days AFTER the Court issued the arrest warrant —defies all logic. The USAO-DC better get their act together because they are likely causing irreparable damage to other criminal Jan6th cases. I am genuinely at the end of my rope because the msm has an obligation to accurately report the facts and the USAO-DC has an obligation to keep these domestic terrorist detained. Right now it’s the cluster fuck I said it would be back on Jan 7th.

I don't understand, I went in to look at some of the "Unidentified"s on the list. There are some EXTREMELY clear photos of some of these bozos, and they're still wandering around free? I just don't get it. They know people, family, friends, coworkers. Are these photos not being distributed enough??

On July 1, 2021, he was arrested and he made his initial appearance in federal court in Roanoke, Virginia. He was released on a $10,000 bond. The initial complaint was Feb 4th wasn’t it? I mean released on $10k bond, ffs? Are the jails overcrowded in DC right now? It’s not like Channing D. Phillips is inexperienced. 🤬

Conditions of release - I know it’s been “reported” he was released on a $10K bond but nothing in the docket confirms that - whereas RoR’d is confirmed

However if you’re talking about his WDVA MJ case there was an unsecured $10K Bond - United States v. HAYNES (7:21-mj-00079)

I’m referring to the DDC MJ Case he was RoR’d which is offensive

United States v. HAYNES (1:21-mj-00489)
