Sounds odd, but it's delicious. 2 bananas, 5 big spoonfuls of yummy plain yogurt, (made with organic milk if possible) 6-8 oz orange juice (fresh squeezed by helpful family members if there's a tree around) spoonful of PEANUT BUTTER! i'll be 70 next month and this has been my breakfast for probably 35 years. its got everything for the body and mind. hugs

It is good to see the gears, levers, wheels are moving in sync. Really good article, worthy of deep study on my part. You were operating at full speed ahead, Miss Red Bull, and now it is "hit and drag Charlie," as the old golfing joke goes. Relax, listen, accept, work, and your body will respond. I watched recovery happen with two loved ones dear to me, so I'm a believer. Thanks to your hubby too.
