Bubba-Gator Harrelson BOND DENIED (again)

I honestly expected that the Court would have written a Memorandum and Order concerning Kenneth “Oath Keeper-Bubba-Gator” Harrelson. Largely because of the additional new evidence recently proffered by the Government, in their Opposition to Defendant’s Motion. Government’s Response to Meggs Bill of Particulars

Last week I tucked in a few paragraphs concerning Mr & Mrs Meggs’ Motion Bill of Particulars, because it seemed inappropriate and more of a fishing expedition to inappropriately use that motion for discovery.
Setting aside the obvious factual basis that the SR3 largely built upon the original indictment and SR2. In the Government’s Opposition (response) - they correctly buttress their main argument by repeatedly citing United States v. Taylor, 17 F. Supp. 3d 162, 178 (E.D.N.Y. 2014)

The Government argues - but it’s the “and other individuals” that caught my attention

…among other things, the object of the charged conspiracy, the conspiracy’s “time period,” the applicable mens rea, and locations where conspirators acted). For example, the superseding indictment outlines how and when the defendants communicated with other charged co-conspirators, planned their travel, and collaborated with the other co-conspirators (and other individuals) to accomplish the conspiracy’s object of obstructing the certification vote.

In the April 13, 2021 as to Defendants Harrelson - the Government (once again) pointed to Doc 106 with respect to Mr and Mrs Meggs. After deductive reasoning, coupled with the process of elimination - it is obvious that the Government points to various Social Media post by Combat Art Training.

The preliminary research shows Combat Art Training filed its Articles of Incorporation in December 2020 - which is kind of problematic because the “training video” repeatedly referenced in the various Court filings from the Government, unquestionably state the date of the Oath Keepers AR-Training as September 21, 2020. There is a likelihood that Andrew Smrecek wasn’t properly credential or licensed to conduct business aka commerce in September 2020…

Instagram @combat_art_training It’s interesting that Andrew edited his Instagram Account. As it now no longer has his last name associated with it. This edit likely occurred between March 31 to April 16, 2021 because I started archiving his account on March 30, 2021. And recently noticed the change and their TikTok combatarttraining, also archived

Facebook Account, Group, Page & Private Group

The main Facebook page for Combat Art Training, list Andrew Smrecek as an owner. Facebook Public Group: Florida Firearms and Training forum - Combat Art Training, archived - Mr Smreeck’s personal Facebook account (which requires you to log in to view his account) which is corroborated via this Internet Archive data scrape.

On Mach 1, 2021 Smrecek Facebook post which was pushing the Oath Keeper’s son’s GoFundMe grift (see more research here)

The Private Alumni Group - which has 22 current members - minus the two admins of the group - there are twenty active members but it’s cloaked in secrecy because of the “private group” setting

Combat Art Training Youtube Channel - look I’m not even going to pretend I know anything about our Intelligence Community. As a lay person who has a proven track record of providing my readers with actual original documents and other receipts. A preliminary glance at their thumbnails - am I the only one who thinks his channel mimics the ISIS propaganda/format?

After spending a decent amount of time researching Combat Art Training’s social media accounts - I stumbled upon a Facebook Live Video of a December 2020 Roger Stone book signing. The massive amount of disinformation and misinformation pumped out

My point is - it’s clear the Government has this company in its sights - primarily written in numerous court filings. For Example last week I went into a pretty detailed summation in this article- which I opined:

“Had you paid attention to ECF 106 -and the “training exercises” - also see the phenomenal reporting by Mother Jones and exclusive video they obtained concerning the Oath Keepers Fall 2020 Training - I now refer you to page 3 of Doc 106 referenced in the recent Government Opposition (put a placeholder on this because this weekend I plan to publish an in-depth article about the training facility) 

Defendant Kelly Meggs wrote in his motion that he “never served in the military nor has he undergone any paramilitary training.”… Defendant Connie Meggs asked to “adopt” the facts advanced in Defendant Kelly Meggs’s motion as if they were made in her own motion.

As previously explained Combat Art Training has numerous Instagram post - for example this September 21, 2020 Video which hasn’t been largely reported and if you pay attention to both the hashtags and other Instagram Users tagged then… wait for it

So the question is - have the owners of Combat Art Training been interviewed by the FBI and why did Ashley delete a ton of her Instagram and Facebook post after it was reported that Combat Art Training provided extensive training to the Oath Keepers
