I took the liberty of transcribing the handwritten notes. House Oversight Committee released on July 30, 2021. Now my head hurts. Donald Trump isn’t just corrupt - he’s a clear & present danger.
full disclosure - I accidentally and prematurely published this article -thus requiring substantial edits/updates. Apologies for the disjointed and rewritten section. I was up until 3AM researching this and accidentally set the publish date and there isn’t a way to claw back. Again apologies for the premature publication. Look at lot of pundits will pontificate about the newly released (July 30th) handwritten notes. In my industry these types of contemporaneous notes are often used to “state of mind” —for example;
Did president Trump have the prerequisite criminal intent or corrupt intent. The former and prior are equally subjective but for different reasons from DAG Richard Donoghue -remember that at the time the Attorney General was “acting” Jeffrey Rosen
As to “criminal intent” see 18 U.S.C. §§ 1005 and 1006 -enumerate and are known as disjunctively; the intent to injure, the intent to defraud or the intent to deceive. Whereas (and in my non binding opinion) one could actually argue that Trump clearly violated 18 U.S.C. §1001 —false statements the “knowingly and willfully 1” element is important because that ties the mens rea (state of mind) to actus reus (the act itself)
“falsifies, conceals or covers up by any trick, scheme or device a material fact”
"makes any false, fictitious or fraudulent statements or representations,"
"makes or uses any false writing or document knowing the same to contain any false, fictitious or fraudulent statement or entry"
July 27, 2021 - DOJ officially waives Executive Privilege
Just days after Deputy Attorney General Bradley Weinsheimer sent letters to six former DOJ official, officially waiving executive privilege to the following individuals;

Former Associate Deputy Attorney General —Patrick Hovakimian 2 -most continue to overlook this factoid: on May 25, 2020 Trump nominated Hovakimian as the General Counsel at the Office of Director of National Intelligence. The nomination was abandoned on January 3, 2021. The handwritten notes from December 27, 2020, detail a meeting and provides additional evidence that former president Trump exerted maximum pressure towards top DOJ officials to take official action to overturn the results of the 2020 election. It is important to remember that (disgraced) Attorney General Barr tendered his resignation letter on December 14, 2020 with an effective date of December 23, 2020 (see second to last sentence on page 2)
As the handwritten notes indicate;

The notes include the following exchange, attributable to former President Trump (“P”) and Mr. Rosen, who was Deputy Attorney General (“DAG”) prior to his appointment as Acting Attorney General a few days before the call -Page # 1 - the orange text is likely Donald Trump Speaking.
I need to disclose that only until I started transcribing the handwritten notes did I then fully understand how much pressure president Trump exerted on the DOJ. Frankly it’s downright horrifying because there’s a difference in reading public reporting versus taking the time to transcribe what Trump actually said. Yes the DAG & NSD appear to have been on the December 27, 2020 telephone call where Donald Trump attempted to subvert the will of the people. The reason I’m highlighting the DOJ’s NSD (National Security Division)…
…because on October 29, 2020 the Department of Justice issued the following Press Release, which reads in part:
