At the time I’m certain some on Twitter thought I was playing fast and loose, see archived December 12, 2019 Twitter Thread - I can assure you that in 2019 (actually it was 2018 via my SpicyFiles account) that I was not being hyperbolic. I carefully worded each tweet in that December 2019 thread. I knew exactly what I was doing. Furthermore this archived December 9, 2019 Twitter thread was also carefully curated and worded.
And sure, yes of course my tweets were largely born from countless hours of research, but if I’m going to pick my favorite tweet - this one is close second to my tweet about his cocaine dealer. After two plus years later I pride myself in having the chutzpah to just putting it out there because let me tell you Florida politics —there is minimal loyalty. So if you happen to be friends with a handful of Floridian lawmakers —that love slow sipping a 24 year old single malt and puffing on a fine hand rolled cigar, you are told things that would make you wish you had never heard it. It’s like a bell that can not be un-rung…
In previous articles I walked my Substack readers through a mind blowing amount of research…and I literally stated

This wasn’t about the Twitter likes or retweets - the predicate (as per usual) was based largely in part from tedious and I mean tedious research. In addition in 2018 I carefully reviewed Gaetz’s state of Florida financial disclosure and then took the time to painstakingly compare to his Federal Financial Disclosures. January 12, 2022 NBC Report
Because what was disclosed today by NBC News is beyond delicious, it’s tasty like a Pittsburgh “rare” Steak. The January 12, 2022 NBC News article sheds a lot of sunlight on the growing tawdry and intriguing situation Marty finds himself in.
I’d like to draw you attention to the following facts reported in NBC News’ article
…has been in talks for months with prosecutors about an immunity deal. Under a possible deal, she would avoid prosecution for obstruction of justice in return for testifying in the investigation into whether Gaetz in 2017 had sex with a 17-year-old female for money and whether months later he and others violated a federal law prohibiting people from transporting others across state lines to engage in prostitution.
For the record Gaetz’s ex-girlfriend hired Tim Jansen and if you know anything about this Defense Attorney then you already know that he’s kind of a big deal, particularly in Florida. Which bodes various questions, for example
Why would Gaetz’s ex-girlfriend need immunity?
Based on public reporting this is at least her second time providing testimony to a Federal Grand Jury - did she “accidental perjury herself”?
Did his ex-girlfriend unlawfully record various telephonic calls with both Gaetz & his wingman Greenberg?
More specifically and assuming the NBC News’ report is correct and rock solid (which I believe it is) -then Federal Investigators are examining three areas in their investigation:
sex trafficking the 17-year-old;
violating the Mann Act, which prohibits taking women across state lines for prostitution; and
obstructing justice.
With respect to the alleged violations of the Mann Act: 18 U.S.C. § 2421 et seq., per the DOJ -USAM violations are investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and “are referred directly to the appropriate United States Attorneys…The Child and Exploitation and Obscenity Section of the Criminal Division is responsible for supervision of the Act.”
§2421. Transportation generally - Whoever knowingly transports any individualin interstate or foreign commerce, or in any Territory or Possession of the United States, with intent that such individual engage in prostitution, or in any sexual activity for which any person can be charged with a criminal offense, or attempts to do so, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 10 years, or both.

Again based on a plain reading of Defendant Greenberg’s Plea Agreement (I still chuckle because I had to pull over at a Rest Stop because my car kept reading alerts and emails) but once we arrived at our Beach home I decided to do a much deeper dive in to the Ts & Cs (terms and conditions) of Greenberg’s Plea Agreement;
What is the Status of Joel Greenberg’s Case
On October 18, 2021 I noted that Greenberg’s sentencing which was previously scheduled for November 2021 had been continued until —wait for it —March 2022…now what most people won’t tell you, when a defendant has a cooperation clause in an accepted Plea Agreement - you should always review the docket.
Generally speaking if a Defendant is in fact being a helpful cooperating Defendant that can actually be affirmed by the Docket itself. Meaning if the Defendant and the Government (unopposed) ask the Court to modify conditions of release allowing the Defendant to travel for, let’s say family vacations or family events such as attending a wedding etc and then subsequent Motions to release previously frozen or forfeited funds —that’s typically a sign that the Defendant is fulfilling their commitment- specifically the cooperation clause

And because those of you who followed me on Twitter (until my last unceremonious suspension in Jan 2021) —you’ll recall that I only used this video for Jerry Falwell and Matt Gaetz —I told you that my meta is super petty. Fun Fact the day I was suspended from Twitter (Jan 2021) I was drafting a tweet to Gaetz asking if he was concerned that investigators had the geofencing data as it relates to the deadly Jan6th Domestic Terror attack. I’m not kidding about that because my memory is like a mind vault.
And lastly the following paragraphs in the January 12, 2022 NBC News Report should not be overlooked because it actually explains why in late Q4 of 2021 the investigation seemed to stall out:
According to one source familiar with the case, the alleged sex-trafficking victim told investigators at one point that Gaetz had sex with her.
But the investigation into Gaetz was stalled as prosecutors sought the cooperation of Gaetz’s ex-girlfriend, according to those familiar with the case, because her testimony could help fill in crucial aspects of the case.
Not to be outdone by the following paragraph in the NBC News Reporting - this is where things become really and I mean really bad for Matt Gaetz. For a moment, imagine if you will - prosecutors playing the audio of the aforementioned telephone call - whereby the Jury can hear (possible) Defendant Matt Gaetz in his own words.
After the investigation began, Gaetz spoke with his ex-girlfriend in a three-way call with yet another woman who was cooperating with federal investigators at that point and was secretly recording the call, according to two sources familiar with the case.
It’s on that call that Gaetz is suspected of obstructing justice, which federal prosecutors are investigating, according to law enforcement sources.
I’m going to remind you about something I reported in the early spring of 2020 - at the time (and presently) I have yet to find a bonafide link or a direct nexus but I genuinely think - eventually I am certain a link/nexus will rear its gnarly head…because hotel rooms, under aged children (girls) and drugs —riding bear back while high as a kite on nose snow and chasing it with Molly - the epitome of hedonistic tendencies - minus the (alleged) sex trafficking of a minor child. The but you’re honor she looked 18 isn’t an affirmative or acceptable defense. Trust me on that, I know what I speak of…
And for now I think you have an adequate subset and secondary subset of actual facts —again in 2019 no one and I mean no one was talking about Gaetz, drugs, sex, underaged sex. There was (because I ran numerous advance twitter searches) there was literally only one person on Twitter talking about this in 2019 and that person would be Moi.. such a pity all that research is gone because some butt-hurt trolls/stalkers/haters repeatedly abused Twitter’s reporting mechanism which triggered my suspension
