Trump’s OathKeepers Mark Finchem, Phil Waldron, Stop the Steal BIGLY problem
Thankfully none of the mainstream media broadcasted Trump’s (not) triumphant return to the Campaign trial vis-a-vis his first Stump Speech for 2022 & his “friend” Mark Finchem -Ret Col Phil Waldron
Apologies for not publishing an article on January 25, 2022 —I simply ran out of bandwidth. And didn’t want to rush to publish just to publish. On the flip side since my day was insanely busy resulting in putting off publication also meant the 400+ newly published FOIA request vis-a-vis American OverSight
The documents finally provides there is substantial connective tissue. That is, by way of numerous electronic communications between Mark “OathKeepers” Finchem and Phil Waldron —definitely tying Trump, Rudy et al into this seditious conspiracy…
Trump’s affinity towards The OathKeepers
As previous mentioned, over the week Donald J Trump made is inglorious return to the Campaign Trial. Where he spent the majority of his stump speech airing his insane grievances and further amplifying his deadly Big Lies. Tellingly though the never ending “basket of crazy” —which is largely unmourned from facts.
And by all appearances Trump is more emboldened than he was in November 2020 to January 20, 2021. Inarguably Trump and his obsequious servile sycophants that tell him, you’re not that crazy. Trumpism is the cancer that will continue to erode public trust. The year’s long bombastic disinformation campaign continues to erode people’s faith in our Democracy. Trump’s and his ongoing lies, I genuinely believe, that as of now, we only know <0.0001% evidence that the House Select Committee on Jan6th has acquired.
Problem # 1 Mark Finchem isn’t an attorney
So why pray tell would Donald Trump’s campaign pay Finchem’s company over $6K for purported legal consulting…
On December 16, 2020 - DONALD J. TRUMP FOR PRESIDENT, INC. paid MRK FINCHEM, PLLC $6,037.27 for “legal consulting ” surrounding the Arizona recount.
The problem is according to the Arizona State Licensing Department and further affirmed by the Arizona State Bar, Mark Finchem has never held a license to be an attorney.
What kind of “legal consulting” did Mark Finchem provide to Trump’s re-election campaign.
Problem #2 September 13, 2021 Trump’s endorsement
As widely reported by numerous mainstream news organizations, on September 13, 2021 Donald J Trump extended a full throated endorsement to Mark Finchem, a known QANON conspiracy theorist and “proud” OathKeeper member -yet Trump was enthusiastic about his full throated endorsement:
…”endorse a true warrior, Representative Mark Finchem, of the Great State of Arizona, for the position of Secretary of State”
“Mark was willing to say what few others had the courage to say. In
addition to his incredibly powerful stance on themassive Voter Fraud that took place in the 2020 Presidential Election Scam…”
“…Mark Finchem has my Complete and Total Endorsement. He will never let the people of Arizona down!..”
Problem #3 Arizona Republican Party of Seditionist
As previous noted (found here, here, here, here, here and most recently here) Arizona quickly became ground zero for the QANON and Trump Big Lie -which ultimately resulted in Cyber Ninjas being fined $50K per day (read more here) —in a semi-related matter to date Cyber Ninjas has not filed for any type of Bankruptcy. And trust me I’ve checked nearly every day for Cyber Ninjas supposed Bankruptcy filing.
Problem #4 “I’m patriot by sharing the campaign stage with an unapologetic OathKeeper and Stop the Steal Organizer Ali Alexander…”
As eloquently stated by MSNBC’s Mehdi Hasan who’s introductory remarks of the following segment:
“…You might think this Oath Keeper who was at the insurrection would be keeping his head down since then, trying to lay low and avoid attention. But you would be wrong,"
Mark Finchem many and I mean many issues
While the word “grift” is often associated with Trump, I’d like to remind you how Miriam Webster defines the word “grift”
transitive verb to obtain (money or property) illicitly (as in a confidence game)
intransitive verb : to acquire money or property illicitly
Finchem’s ever changing “story” about his involvement in the Jan6th Domestic Terror attack, see January 4, 2022 article where Finchem repeatedly changed his story about his whereabouts on Jan 5th & 6th, respectively.
However in June 2021 Finchem-pivot appeared to have come to a crashing end —when an investigative journalist @NickMartin found definitive proof that Finchem was absolutely was present on US Capitol Ground’s complex during the deadly Jan6th Domestic Terror attack. And I genuinely mean you should read his whole twitter-thread
In a predictable twist of irony Mark Finchem’s January 3, 2021 Tweet —either he deleted that tweet or Twitter removed it. My educated guess is it’s the prior versus latter. However WayBack Machine for the win

“I want you to hear a message from Americans…This ain’t going away.”
Even as far back as 2014 — Mark Finchem has always been an unapologetic Oath Keeper (See July 30, 2014 InMaricopa Article) and let’s not overlook the January 2022 Donation that Trump’s PAC gave Finchem.
FINALLY Mark Finchem, Phil Waldron & Donald Trump conclusively interconnected
Again the newly published American OverSight’s FOIA request, which produced some 400+ pages of responsive documents. But I’d like to walk you through the “through line” that unfortunately gives Americans a really clear cut example of Trump’s unhinged desire to stay in power. Like many of you, watching the real time multiple train wrecks in super slow-mode, is exhausting. While simultaneously taking note of how Trump-ism has successfully delivered the “trickle down theory” —meaning the Trump-GOP are hand picking candidates for various Board of Elections, numerous Secretary of State, etc —which should scare you.
House Select Committee on Jan6th (J6HSC)
On December 16, 2021 the J6HSC issued a subpoena (and letter) to James P. “Phil” Waldron. The subpoenas request included records and oral testimony (transcribed interview aka depo). Mr. Waldron appears to have been involved with efforts to promote (false) claims about fraud in the 2020 election. Moreover, recent public reporting suggested that Waldron “claimed to have visited the White House on multiple occasions after the election” -in addition, purportedly Waldron spoken to Trump’s Chief of Staff Mark Meadows “for maybe 8 to 10 times,”
— Concurrently Waldron also briefed several members of Congress on “election fraud theories”. And lastly Waldron publicly acknowledged contributing to the creation of a PowerPoint presentation. Of which that presentation was either given to, or described for, Republican Members of Congress on the eve of January 6th. Additional public reporting, goes on to suggest that Waldron participated in meetings at the Willard Hotel in early January 2021 -the Bannon WarRoom
Recently I explained how Trump is putting loyalists in key state wide races. Coupled with the Republican controlled State Governments that Trump & his seditious sycophants have passed countless new laws “concerning the rampant election fraud”…that notwithstanding some of us have wondered;
Exactly how far was Trump willing to go on Jan6th?
did Trump genuinely believe he & Rudy could pull a Thelma & Louise and drive off into the sunset?
Why did Trump never place a call to the DOD, or to his “acting” Defense Secretary?
What did Trump do in those critical 187 minutes?
American Oversight drilled down on the following communiques and text within context. What the 400+ pages clearly indicated, several of Trump’s advisers, their campaign “lawyer” Jenna Ellis and “legal adviser” Bernie Kerik, were included in this discussion -aka Seditious Conspiracy. Again the dots absolutely connect…
Dec 11, 2020: Phil Waldron email to AZ Rep. Finchem, AZ Sen. Eddie Farnsworth, AZ Sen. Sonny Borrelli, Lyle Rapacki, Russ Ramsland, and Jovan Pulitzer
Dec 8, 2020: Waldron: "This will allow us to pull invalid votes out of the totals "By Candidate" so that your state can certify normal elections and potentially not have to take extra legislative action" p. 422
Waldron: "existing technology that has been adapted to detect kinematic features of scanned or actual ballots to determine fraudulent activity"
Waldron: "Our team could run the results, and within 48 hours create an executive summary report for you and your committee" p. 1, Jovan Hutton Pulitzer affidavit p. 40
Waldron’s emails to Arizona lawmakers were Bernard Kerik, an adviser to Trump’s legal team and an ally of Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani, as well as former Trump administration official Emily Newman and Trump campaign lawyer Jenna Ellis, both of whom were involved in advancing baseless voter-fraud claims and lawsuits seeking to overturn results.
….On Dec. 8, 2020, Waldron sent an email to state Rep. Mark Finchem — a vocal Trump supporter and major proponent of false voter-fraud claims — that included a “base research doc” on Arizona voting data. Kerik and Ellis were copied on the email, along with Russell Ramsland, the co-founder of Allied Security Operations Group (ASOG), which was behind that month’s debunked report on election fraud in Antrim County, Mich. Lawyer and lobbyist Katherine Friess, who was involved in the Antrim “audit,” also appears to have been added to the email.
…Waldron then sent an email with the “Arizona data reporting” to Finchem, state Sen. Sonny Borrelli, Kerik, and Newman, outlining tec
Department of Justice investigations of fake electors
And just when you might have thought that the Department of Justice might not be investigating Trump, Giuliani, Bannon, Stone, Flynn and countless others. The Deputy Attorney General, Lisa Monaco then proceeded to just laid it out, bare and yet oddly satisfying. For Example: investigations, prosecutors, offices —yes plural, again it’s tiny details such as those, that people should pay attention to.
Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco’s in-depth CNN interview…
Again just because a State Attorney General and/or a State’s Secretary of State send a criminal referral —this interview makes clear that the DOJ specifically under the delegated leadership of DAG Monaco… again ongoing investigations… which makes sense given last weeks newly unsealed indictment —that the DOJ’s Election TaskForce is just getting warmed up. But sending a very clear message, our DOJ will not tolerate the unlawful “death threats…doxing, threats of bodily harm” that kind of behavior is incompatible with our form of Self Governance. And perpetrators who engage in that kind of menacing and unlawful behavior will be held accountable…
“…This is the first time that the Justice Department has commented on requests from lawmakers and state officials that it investigate the fake certifications."
CNN Exclusive: Federal prosecutors looking at 2020 fake elector certifications, deputy attorney general tells CNN
This is the first time that the Justice Department has commented on requests from lawmakers and state officials that it investigate the fake certifications.
The certificates contain the signatures of Trump supporters who falsely claimed to be the rightful electors in Georgia, Arizona, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Nevada and New Mexico -- all states that President Joe Biden had won. Some of the certificates were sent by top officials representing the Republican Party in each state, according to the documents, which were obtained and made public by the watchdog group American Oversight.
…did not go into detail about what else prosecutors are looking at from the partisan attempt to subvert the 2020 vote count …the attorney general has been very, very clear. We are going to follow the facts and the law, wherever they lead, to address conduct of any kind and at any level that is part of an assault on our democracy
A few hours later The Washington Post Federal prosecutors examine slates that offered Trump electoral votes in states Biden won in 2020…
Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco confirmed prosecutors’ consideration of what she termed the “fraudulent elector certifications” in an interview with CNN.
… We’ve received those referrals. Our prosecutors are looking at those, and I can’t say anything more on ongoing investigations …The Justice Department generally does not confirm the existence of investigations … Garland and other top officials have faced pressure to do and say more about their efforts to hold accountable those who sought to subvert Biden’s win — both during the Capitol riot and before it.
Last week, I discussed the J6HSC Jan 18, 2022 subpoenas, we’re far more targeted subpoenas and that when all else fails the Republicans will commit fraud against the United States vis-a-vis the most “insane, desperate, and ill-thought-out Coup d'état…” because with every passing day the more sunlight shines on the facts.
On January 2, 2022 I published this article concerning Mark Meadows. And lastly I think it’s a really good time to remind you about Attorney General Garland’s January 5, 2022 speech. That CNN’s interview with Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco’s made a large news splash
And lastly your prerequisite daily dose of saltwater therapy
T-minus 70 days before we reunite. Again apologies for failing to publish an article yesterday. I just didn’t have the bandwidth to do my level of research before I published an article.
-Filey
Thank you once again for an article that gives clarification! We appreciate you!
Another great piece!! Lisa Monaco’s interview was great. I hope she goes on TV more often.
