It’s a lot but I do think todays hearing started braiding various threads together. So let’s go over the threads the committee attempted to thread together. Also Cipollone testimony was, LIT AF

Dec 2020 -10 MAGA-GOP members & Oval Office;

At the time, there was widespread and credible reporting from numerous reputable news organizations and reporters. Today the HSCJ6 finally gave us a complete list of the attendees. Incidentally I did explain on June 28, 2022 why the July 8, 2022 National Archive’s release of a new tranche of documents would be of utmost interest to the HSCJ6. So now we finally know, unequivocally that these ten MAGA-GOP House of Representatives Members were present during the December 2020 “unhinged meeting” —nearly one year ago, to the date (July 2021), the House Oversight Committee released handwritten notes. You can reread here, here but especially here. Hence why I wasn’t personally shocked by Acting Attorney General Rosen, Acting Deputy Attorney General Donoghue. But the real juice was contained herein Again, I attempted to transcribe the various handwritten notes but many overlooked the June 2021 228+ documents that committee released to the public. I tried to pointed out the various documents and the insanity of what Trump & his effusive sycophants did. If you didn’t do anything criminal then why ask for unprecedented blanket pardon? Have Trump, Meadows, Clark, Eastman,Perry, Gosar, Biggs, et al been indicted? The notion that I ever sought a Presidential pardon for myself or other Members of Congress is an absolute, shameless, and soulless lie.

Here’s the thing most won’t explain to you: in a Court of law contemporaneous notes tend to hold a significant value. This is especially acute when a witness might have difficulty in recalling conversations/meetings/communiques from moths or year ago. Coupled with direct testimony from Deputy Attorney General Donoghue, on July 31, 2021 I posit that the “orange color font” was likely Donald Trump and I couldn’t believe what I was reading. Which is why I read those handwritten notes over and over just to quadruple check the accuracy. Not to belabor this point but I really do read every page of any document that I’m reporting on.

Again that July 31, 2021 article served as a prescient things to come. Partly because the HSCJ6 had yet to be formed and as I’ve repeatedly stated, I know DC, I know how Congress works and I definitely know when to mentally take note of various documents published by Congress. Again many of the documents have been in the public domain since last November

The Kraken Strike-farce.

Look you don’t have to agree with me. Particularly when I go all in on the nonsensical madness spewing from Blue-QANON and QANON. I told my former Twitter followers in February 2017 that Mike Flynn betrayed his lifetime oath, the oath he took when he joined the Army. And sure enough in April 2017 Rep Elijah Cummings released these three documents —one thing to keep in mind Rep Cummings had previously released documents concerning (disgraced) Mike Flynn and the Emoluments violations. And some might be unaware but the DOD-OIG’s office released these five documents

Resolution of Investigation involving Lieutenant General (LTG) Michael T. Flynn, U.S. Army (Retired) Case 20170321-043065-CASE-01)

Factually speaking, the aforementioned July 8, 2022 the DOD-OIG published the-memo. Investigators with the DOD-OIG made an evidentiary finding of facts that:

1. (disgraced) Gen Flynn was fully aware of his obligation, regarding accepting emoluments (from a foreign Government)

2. Flynn never sought the mandatory permission as required by law

3. Investigators tabulated that Flynn was paid more than $450,000 from Russia and Turkey

4. Question remains if Flynn reported the unauthentic emolument largesse in his federal income taxes. As I’m certain $450K is in fact considered taxable income…but I digress

on Friday July 8, 2022 the DOD-OIG made the January 2022 memo public Flynn made around $450,000 from business and speaking engagements while drawing from military retirement pay, including $33,750 for a 2015 speaking event in Moscow, Russia. The DoD Inspector General recorded these alleged payments to Flynn in a January 2021 memo… However much discussion remains about Flynn’s US Army Retirement package. In this matter you do not need to take my word for it, I suppose a binding legal opinion from would be sufficient?

DOD-OIG… has ruled that the DoD can suspend retirement pay up to the amount of the foreign salary (or other emoluments) received, if the foreign salary is less than one’s retirement pay

And as reported by the Washington Post: Michael Flynn cited for unauthorized foreign payments. Retired general and former Trump adviser was notified by the Army that it was seeking to recoup nearly $40,000 from him… the DOD is attempting to clawback some $40,000 in

Craig R. Schmauder, an Army lawyer, wrote in the letter that Flynn’s failure “to obtain the approvals of the Secretary of the Army and the Secretary of State resulted in a violation of the Emoluments Clause,” a provision of the U.S. Constitution that prohibits retired military personnel from receiving money from foreign governments without prior authorization.

“When there is a finding that a military retiree has violated the Emoluments Clause, the United States Government may pursue a debt collection,” Schmauder wrote to Flynn. Schmauder added that the Army was requesting that the Defense Financing Accounting Service “seek recoupment from you of a debt in the amount of $38,557.06.” (emphasis added)

The insanity is we learned that Trump decided to grant a security clearance to Sydney Powell and apparently named her a “special prosecutor” —especially galling given Powell was sanctioned by a Federal Judge but her video recorded deposition —it’s just infuriating

Debbie Lesko, who supported the objections to the joint session certification, amplified Trump’s Big Lie. Yet on January 5, 2022 this is what Rep Lasko said:

"[We have] Trump supporters, who actually believe that we are going to overturn the election. And when that doesn't happen... they are going to go nuts"

HSCJ6, Donald Trump, Oath Keepers, Proud Boys…

I know that some pundits are panning the HSCJ6 hearing. Starting that they didn’t offer a presentment of facts that directly tie Donald Trump to the very same domestic terrorist he radicalized. Admittedly I’m biased because the HSCJ6 has done an excellent job informing the American people. To those who say the Committee didn’t connect the dots. Perhaps you overlooked this multimedia presentation in today’s hours long hearing

With less than 30 minutes left on the clock for July 12, 2022 I still managed to research, write, edit (F it I’m purposefully leaving in the typos) and publish a quasi informative article. This was after spending 7.25 hours in a contentious Depo, working 5+ hours on legal research and editing rogs… and after picking up the kids from summer camp and then put a Cuban pork roast on the dinner table.

again I’m not sure if I’ll have the bandwidth required to publish an article for July 13th, but I’ll give it a good old fashion “college try” given the majority of the time I’m operating on less than 4 hours sleep, coffee and Red Bull… but like I said I’m committed to providing my loyal readers with consistency. Whispers: that’s a task my grief counselor suggested that I try to focus on. That is, returning to “normal” schedule, after his suicide. This was one of the best decisions I made in a long time. And I can’t thank my readers, who gently urged me to go see a grief counselor. Thank you for looking out for me.

Speaking of grief, I don’t know who leaked the surveillance video to the Austin Statesman. But the Uvalde Families deserved so much more. I can’t even imagine their pain and ire. The disrespect shown to the Uvalde families is beyond any words. It’s just not okay. Their families have been shattered. Their Community will never be the same. Of all individuals impacted by (yet another) senseless school shooting, they deserved to see the video. Not at the same time the whole world saw the video. Thusly I completely understand their anger and pain👇🏻

Stunningly the Uvalde Mayor calls media "chicken" for releasing video of Robb Elementary Schoot during tonight’s City Council meeting and as you’ll note another member of the council calling it "chickenshit."
