The one stage of any criminal case that makes me slight giddy is when the Government “Notices” discovery¹ these notices give us a sneak peek of what Discovery already produced, when and what will be produce to the Defendant(s)

On March 24, 2021 the Government sent the following Notice/Letter the nine defendants -which provided us (the general public a first glimpse of Discovery) - given the volume of evidence- yes the USAO-DC uses USAfx²

I will never understand or respect those on Twitter who consistently withhold public court filings. Granted reading their hilarious “hawt [shitty] legal takes” is almost worth watching them beclown themselves, repeatedly. Given they clearly don’t understand what to focus on or what’s important in said filings. Incidentally withholding public documents is so on brand for a certain Beta Satan and his gang of sycophantic misfits. Because I’m mindful how expensive PACER is, so I pull the filings down and upload them to my public drive. After all sharing is caring and sometimes I care <snort>

Below is an aggregated/disclosure of previous discovery productions - colloquially speaking the article is about “how the sausage is made” - it will be highly granular but I think it is important for you to understand the process and when appropriate I will highlight the relevant facts. And lastly unless otherwise specified this is related to the discovery production by the Government to the Defendants. To help guide you in what disclosures I believe are important- I have delineated them by using “bold” fonts.

February 12, 2021 (notice what’s out of sequence- as in where is number 5)

• (1) law enforcement reports related to the arrests of Thomas Caldwell, Jessica Watkins, and Donovan Crowl; (2) the results of searches of the residences, electronic devices, and Facebook accounts of Defendants Caldwell, Watkins, and Crowl, (3) legal process related to these searches; (4) recorded statements of Defendants Cadlwell, Watkins, and Crowl to law enforcement; and (6) some public photos and videos relevant to the offenses charged in the indictment.
  

March 4, 2021 the previously disclosed discovery folder was further supplemented to add

• (1) law enforcement reports related to the arrests of Sandra and Bennie Parker; (2) recorded statements of Defendants Sandra and Bennie Parker to law enforcement; (3) additional messages found on Defendant Caldwell’s phone.

March 10, 2021, the discovery folder was updated to add:

• (1) a transcription of a Signal chat entitled, “DC OP: Jan 6 21;” (2) a log for the Zello channel “Stop the Steal J6;” (3) law enforcement reports related to the arrests of Defendants Kelly and Connie Meggs; (4) transcripts of the custodial interviews of Defendants Kelly and Connie Meggs; (5) hotel and banking records related to Defendants Kelly Meggs, Connie Meggs, and Young; (6) certain emails relevant to Defendants Young and Steele; and (7) Facebook records for Defendants Kelly Meggs and Young.

March 11, 2021 - discovery folder was supplemented to add:

• (1) a law enforcement report related to the arrest of Defendant Young; and (2) a D.C. Metropolitan Police Department report related to an investigative stop of Defendants Crowl, Watkins, Sandra Parker, and Bennie Parker on January 6, 2021, at around 4:45 p.m.

March 16, 2021, the discovery folder was updated to add:

• (1) law enforcement reports related to the arrest of Defendant Steele; and (2) the recorded statement of Defendant Steele.

March 23, 2021 - added a Facebook search warrant return for Defendant Steele’s account to the discovery folder.

March 24, 2021 - added to the discovery folder (see Affidavit as to Defendant Harrelson)

• (1) subpoena returns from “Go To Meeting,” and (2) some additional public source videos collected during this investigation.

That’s a LOT of Oath Keepers “Go To Meetings”

Go To Meeting:

“gator 6” was the organizer for a meeting titled “dc planning call” on January 3, 2021. The user “gator 6” accessed the meeting from a mobile device using the same IP address ending in 158, and the user listed themselves as residing in Titusville, Florida. Between September 30, 2020, and January 3, 2021, the user with the same IP address ending in 158 attended or organized approximately 30 meetings on Go To Meeting affiliated with the Oath Keepers, using the names “gator 6,” “hotel 26,” or “kenneth harrelson.”

Doc 101 filed by USA or via my public drive even in the “Notice” there’s an important fact disclosed by the Government, new defendant Kenneth Harrelson³

Predictably a “fund raiser” ⁴ (archived) which was started for Harrelson. It is offensive that wrapping yourself in religious righteousness appears to be the play Oath Keepers make once they are facing criminal charges. Harrelson’s fundraiser reads in part:

Retired Army Sgt. Harrelson, Kenneth and family in need of help with legal fees and family in need of help to pay bills plus some. I am Angel(his wife), we have 2 teenage children, 1 daughter 14 and 1 son 17. PLEASE READ UPDATES TO KEEP UP WITH WHAT'S HAPPENING! We need help because well I am sure you've seen the news on him. I am trying to raise the funds to pay for his legal fees, bills and groceries. I have found an attorney in Washington but it will cost me $100,000 just to retain a lawyer and $150 per hour after that, which could cost up to $500,000 the lawyers told me. I am struggling with this as I am typing this. A little about him.

And clearly it is awful that Harrelson’s family is dealing with his arrest. On one hand the Defendants families ultimately pay a hefty price for the Defendant’s actions. The problem is his wife isn’t exactly helping his cause. Again don’t be that archive jerk - no one else archived his GiveSendGo fundraising campaign so naturally I did, found here. The nearly dozen or so updates are truly hard to read. Mainly because I’m not a cruel person but it’s clear the impact of his arrest and detention are adversely impacting his wife and teenage children.

Lastly I really do wonder if or when @GiveSendGo either kick the Oath Keepers off their platform or when the Government decides it’s time to subpoena Give Send Go. If you recall last week I did two decent deep dives into the Oath Keepers;

1. Oath Keepers United is registered to a registered child sex offender and

2. specifically highlighted the recent Oath Keepers recent Give Send Go campaign

Look it’s fine if you want to oddly fixate on the Facebook Disclosures - that’s low hanging fruit and anyone who paid attention already knew that Facebook was Caldwell’s preferred means to communicate. Now for those of us who actually know what’s important in legal filings - I sailed right pass the Facebook disclosures and focused on page two (2) of the Government’s letter (Doc 101-1 -Discovery Letter - red lined/annotated via my public drive)

Because that’s where you find the “nuts” as previously elucidated the Government has not only the transcript of the Signal Chat “DC: OP Jan 6 21” but they also have the log for the Zello “Stop the Steal J6”—until the March 24, 2021 we (the public) did not know that Metropolitan PD conducted a traffic/investigative stop of Defendants Crowl, Watkins, Sandra Parker, and Bennie Parker on January 6, 2021, at around 4:45 p.m.
